Papi’s has good food. We have enjoyed everything we’ve ordered from pasta, pizza, and dessert. The staff is always kind. We also like the relaxed atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who loves the genre of food.

What a great meal on a rainy day ! Walked in and ordered lunch special 1/2 meatball sandwich with soup. The soup was nice and hot potato and sausage in every bite. Amazing flazors ! The meatball sandwich is perfect! Bread was light and toasted the cheese pull was there ! Tomato sauce matched all the Italian flavors ! A must have for a quick lunch ! Very satisfied!

Pizza is good! Pasta is not. The woman working the front desk did not seem friendly and if anything looked scared to see a customer. The prices are as expensive as Sweet Basil for pizza that is just cheaper and less tasty. If you need good pizza for cheaper you’re better off going to big cheese, if you want higher end pizza at a price comparable to here you’re better off at Sweet Basil. The inside is uncomfortable and lacks personality.

We originally estimated around 40 guests, but closer to 60 ended up arriving — and the staff still handled everything flawlessly! They gave us an incredible experience from start to finish. The food came out quickly and tasted amazing. The service was organized and friendly throughout the entire celebration. I would highly recommend this place for birthday parties or any large gatherings!

We had a great meal at Papi’s. The service was very friendly. The food was 100% A++! I ordered the baked Rigatoni and a couple of meatballs. We had a side order of the best chicken wings I’ve had in many moons and a great personal Pizza.— All served “piping hot”. It was all PERFECT. A very good selection of drinks. Two Italian Desserts! The price was right. The completely new interior was bright and modern. We highly recommend Papi’s.

Papis’ is so good it made me forget I even own a camera. We ordered a pizza, fettuccine, rigatoni with meat sauce, and an Italian sub—basically the entire carb section of the menu—and every single bite was amazing. The flavors were bold, comforting, and downright addictive. By the time I thought about taking a photo, the plates were already cleaned spotless. Highly recommend—just be prepared to eat first and remember Instagram later.

A bit informal, seat yourself. Encouraged to scan and order. Or go get your own menu from upfront. When ordering the customary tip comes up when paying, which is a bit annoying, being you haven’t eaten yet. This is a cross between a restaurant and a fast food eatery. I ordered the classic lasagna, which I found to be mushy and average at best. My father had the creamy seafood pasta, which was delicious. Breads sticks were also awesome. Everyone was friendly but very busy. You have to get your own napkins and your only utensil offered is a fork. Though with soup I’m sure there is a spoon somewhere? Not a overall bad experience. Just don’t suggest the lasagna unless you like the meat blended into a paste filling.

Visiting Walla Walla for Christmas, we were looking a for an Italian restaurant and Papi’s came up with many great reviews. We were greeted quickly, ordered our food and drinks, and our wait was little before the food arrived. All 3 dishes were piping hot! My wife had Alfredo, my daughter had chicken Alfredo, and I had a chicken parm sandwich. All of it was delicious. We would recommend this to anyone who enjoys quality Italian food.
