I don’t expect a lot from any fast food restaurant. All I ask is you be able to take the order. Make the food as ordered. Provide the correct order to the customer in a reasonable time.
This particular Jack in the Box struggles at those basic tasks.

I keep giving this place chances but every time it disappoints. Workers are rude so I order online now, last time i got half the food wrong and burnt stuff. This time my curley fries were absolutely disgusting. It was not good. I tried to bite them and they were absolutely hard and tasted rancid. Can I get a refund. The worker also says “no english” when I go in. So That’s her excuse for not giving me a refund (plus how do you work there/ why are you in the front then). I just need some kind of compensation bc i threw that food away. Literally uneatable

Vegetarians beware! You’ll order a breakfast sandwich with no meat, they’ll repeat the order back, and you might just take a big bite of juicy disgusting bacon in your sandwich like we did. This isn’t the first time either. It’s evident they just modified a sandwich with meat and missed a piece. Unacceptable laziness! Make a new sandwich! Employees don’t care about getting it right at all.

Came at 10pm today (Friday) and they had closed the drive thru and restaurant down. Worker inside at the drive thru saw us, ignored us and then continued to close down.

App says the Drive thru is open from 4A.M. – 12A.M. and processed my order. I went to the store at 5:17A.M. and its closed! There is no way to talk to customer service to get the money back! Their only complain phone number is not working too. I think employees/manager stealing money from the Franchise providing false operation hour.

I understand this is not the safest area, so my visit was strictly for takeout. Before placing my order, I asked if I could use the restroom key. The employee appeared annoyed and asked if I intended to make a purchase, to which I replied yes. Unfortunately, the restroom was in deplorable condition—filthy, with paper strewn everywhere. No restroom for bus drivers? I dropped a disabled customer. I try to use their restroom. They said only for the customer, not the helper. Bad customer service! I will never come to you.
