Our first time here. Followed the positive reviews. The food was good. Unfortunately their “aguas frescas” are from a mix, too sweet and the preservative leaves an after taste. The service is courteous and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Is wheelchair accesible, the tables are at average height.

Let me start with how clean this restaurant is, spotless! No wonder the food is so good, they take pride!
We both had the Chili Verde burrito (wet), fries , chips and salsa. Everything was fresh and delicious. ( I think they make their own chips)
The service was super quick and friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

I am disabled and I can’t walk very well, so I can’t do it as often as I wish but I have been to this place on my dog walks a couple handfuls of times and I have to say that no matter who is in that kitchen at Nellys they are making your food RIGHT. Everything from the tacos to the tortas is BOMB! This hands down top #1 (if not, it’s tied for 1st) most delicious little Mexican restaurant I’ve had the pleasure of eating from. Their Al Pastor is amazing! The tortas are exquisite. They make killer fries. They haven’t missed once. The prices are fair (especially for the quality of the cook). The service is super friendly and accommodating (SO TIP WELL!) It’s a small place, right off the freeway. So don’t expect some fancy looking bland chain restaurant. This place is the real deal. Great food, I’m telling you! I promise you that you will LOVE your order. Go see for yourself. They’re open now! Go and see!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE ! family owned , we stopped in for a milkshake one day and fell in love with the owner that we promised we’d come back to have dinner with our three kids , that day finally came and there’s no words to express how authentic and delicious the food was , how attentive and kind they were they let us stay and eat comfortable even after their hours closed . Bringing everyone here from now on !

Man, listen. Let me tell you about Nelly’s. I hit that spot whenever the craving for a good asada burrito hits, and let me tell you, it hits hard. This ain’t your average burrito, nah. This is the kind of burrito that makes you question your life choices—like, why haven’t I been eating this every day?
It’s got everything you need: the carne asada is always on point, the rice and beans are fluffy, and it’s all wrapped up so tight you’d think they were trying to smuggle it across the border. Every time I get one, I swear it’s bigger than my head. I’m not even kidding. I always think I’m gonna save half for later, and then, next thing you know, I’m sitting there in a food coma, the foil’s all crumpled up, and I got that special kind of food regret where you’re mad at yourself for eating it all but you know you’d do it again in a heartbeat. Nelly’s is the real deal.

Best Carne Asada Fries I have ever tried. It was my first time here and hubby and I were looking for a new place to eat. Well I found this place because I saw a delicious picture of Carne asada fries. And boy was it delicious! I was very happy with the service and how they presented the food. Hubby got a Wet Burrito with Green Salsa. Carne asada fries were not even greasy like some places. They were just right with everything on it. I was well satisfied. This will be my new favorite spot to come for the fries.

The food was good and it looked good too. Nothing too special for me though. Gotta give this place another chance and get something more traditional.
