What an amazing meal! We visited Severo on New Years Day and they had a limited brunch menu. We had the Spanish style French toast and fried chicken, the chorizo potatoes and the white cocoa. It was amazing, everything was delicious and… I had high expectations, the food was so much better than I expected. Literally the best French toast I have ever eaten, the fried chicken was perfectly cooked and had a chutney(?) On top that tied everything together brilliantly. The chorizo eggs were also surprisingly wonderful, not a Mexican style dish, from Spain I am guessing. The white cocoa was warm and velvety, delicious and not too sweet. Absolutely love the interior, staff was super pleasant and attentive. Really a fantastic meal, can’t want to try their dinner options.

Friendly staff – Lydia did a wonderful job tonight. She mentioned they were short a server but we didn’t notice.

The restaurant is set up to encourage conversation and set the tone for a great meal. Loved that it’s built within an old bank.

Our table had the pork schnitzel ( Don’t skip on this – one of the best I’ve had ), the blackened chicken pasta was delicious, and the Mac and cheese brought a well developed flavor too.

The Annabella chicken and salmon pasta were table favorites for the others in our party.

Worth the visit and looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I were making our way back to California and were in desperate need of some real food. I was able to find this lovely spot where all of our needs were met.
We started off with the cast iron cornbread which blew our heads off. It was moist, tasty and savory. Would come back for that alone!
I had the utah filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus and my husband also had the steak. Both of our tummies are satisfied and would love to come back to this spot. It’s too bad we live in California!
Sarah was our server and she was truly professional and delightful!

Ate there twice already and the Service, taste and quality is consistent, and very high. Appetizer’s and main course was DELICIOUS. Enjoy the variety from meatloaf to pasta to fish there is something for almost everyone. And great Service.

First time trying Severo and we are so impressed! We rarely eat out since it often leaves me feeling less than great, but for our anniversary we decided to give them a try—best decision!

Not only did I feel amazing afterward, but you can truly taste the difference in their fresh, high-quality ingredients. We ordered the Gyoza Tacos, Annabelle Chicken, and Salmon, and every single dish was a 5-star standout.

The ambiance was spectacular, warm, and inviting, perfect for a special night out.

Worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful dinner! The shrimp and grits appetizer was amazing! Great flavors! The lamb chops were tender and full of flavor. Grandmas German chocolate cake was moist and delicious. Service was excellent. There was a talented cellist playing while we dined. We enjoyed our experience at Severo and will be back again!

We come here for lunch or dinner and are never disappointed. Everything on the menu is delicious and expertly and beautifully plated. This last Friday we came for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to get a healthcare Friday discount because my husband is in that field. They also gave us a sample of desserts that will be sold at their new dessert place next door, The Rick n Rock. So yummy! We love everything about Severo-the food, the service, the atmosphere, the location. Everything!

Incredible food, incredible service, incredible vibes! I’d recommend Severo to anyone looking for a great spot in town. Every experience I’ve had here has been a 10 out of 10! The staff is so friendly, attentive, and quick, the chef has a real knack for flavor, and the charm of this old bank turned restaurant is unmatched. If you haven’t tried it, you don’t know what you’re missing out on — it’s a true gem in Richfield! And if you do go, the bread pudding is an absolute must!!

LOVE this place!!! I eat here about 3 times a year (I live in Indiana) and it never disappoints. The chef is amazing and puts so much thought into each dish he creates! I was able to talk with him yesterday and he gave me honest suggestions, which was so appreciated! He surprised me with his famous cornbread everyone speaks about and it did not disappoint!!! Thank you for another amazing meal!
