I recently ordered carryout from Wingstop in Chicopee, and everything hit the spot. I got the 5-piece crispy tender combo with Louisiana Voodoo fries, ranch, and a mix of Hot Honey Rub and Hickory Smoked BBQ.
The tenders were hot, crispy, and well seasoned, and the sauce flavors were on point, the Hot Honey Rub had the perfect sweet heat, and the Hickory Smoked BBQ was rich and flavorful. The Louisiana Voodoo fries were fresh, seasoned well, and paired perfectly with the ranch.
My order was ready quickly, packaged neatly, and exactly how I ordered it. Great food, fast service, and consistent quality. Definitely coming back, and I’d love an invite to the next media event.

Usually they do fine, I always get the garlic parm wings because they are my favorite. The first time ordering from this location we got a tub of ranch, they gave us a tub of blue cheese. Second and third time there was no problem. I went yesterday and ordered the garlic parm wings for pickup through the app. On my drive home I was thinking the wings smelled really peppery and that was strange. Of course I get home and check and theyre lemon pepper wings. So I go back and let them know the wings were wrong. They said it was going to be a 13-14 minute wait, I said okay that’s fine. Tell me why I get the wings back five minutes later. I brought them to my car and when I opened the container I could still smell the lemon pepper!! So I tasted it and it definitely tasted like they mixed the same wings into some garlic parm sauce, or maybe they put the wings in the same container that it had been in with the lemon pepper. This is so dangerous to do. If I had been allergic to the lemon pepper they would be in serious trouble. Do better!! I should not be spending almost 20 dollars on a 10 piece combo just for it to be wrong. I understand mistakes happen but you need to fix them properly.

The cashier didn’t hear my name correctly and didn’t ask me again. She helped other customers while my food was ready and sitting on the cart. She finally asked me again after 5-10 mins. Whenni got my food it was cold and they gave me no utensils or napkins. Horrible service. I also asked for light seasoning on my fries and got lots of seasoning. They got that wrong

Decided to try since I pick up dashes from here a lot. Picked up my order just to eat extremely cold wings and always thought it was pointless to pay so much for fried chicken just tossed around in a sauce that you can literally make at home for a cheaper price. Never will I order from here again, place is trash

Glad we stopped at this location. The place was extremely busy for a Sunday evening, but the lady at the register was composed and very pleasant. The entire team was pitching in to fill orders and restock/clean. The wings were flavorful.

Ordered dinner over the app. Got two 7 piece tender orders as well as 2 ten piece Cajun corns. We have ordered corn from Wingstop plenty of times before never experienced a problem or bad taste up until today. Very unhappy as I spent $45 dollars on dinner that ruined everyone’s appetite. Corn was extremely dark and burnt on some parts and tasted like nothing but a burnt oily taste.

The problem is the food. Why are the “boneless wings” smaller than McDonald’s chicken nuggets? Also, they just straight up taste like pre-made boxed microwaved stuff from Walmart, completely bland and practically tasteless, definitely unsatisfying. Also, not enough sauce by any means, the “boneless wings” (read as Popcorn Chicken) looked like someone took a squeeze bottle and dropped a single line over the tiny pile of chicken.
Their “Atomic” and “Mango Habenero” wings? I can’t tell which one is which, probably because they tasted nothing like I was expecting, and there was no spiciness to them at all despite being at the top of the spice meter. Maybe all due to lack of sauce?
Also, their app is completely screwed up. Shows 70 Cent boneless wings (not even worth 70 cents), then charges $25.99 for a 20 pack (should have been $14). It also didn’t show the special flavor they had.
Additionally, they don’t have free sauce, or free “veggie sticks”. You have to pay for an order of celery and carrot sticks, and each small cup of ranch or blue cheese is a whopping $1.49. Absolutely ridiculous. Talk about nickel and diming. They want a million dollars in exchange for not much.
First time at Wingstop, last time at Wingstop.

Food is absolutely delicious but horrible service from Morgan. We call and speak with her and when we arrive to pick up our food we find out she got the order completely wrong then wants to continue and argue with my man when he gets the same thing each and every time we go to wing stop. Then we realized the corn we have ordered wasn’t even in the bag and we had to turn back around
