On 8/28/25 at 7:54pm about. We were going in to Papa Murphy’s pizza in Marshall to gwt supper for 8 people. We were told that “Did you call a head or have a online order?” We answered no because the sign says closing at 8:00pm, they are open. Their answer was ” She is already doing the cash and we are closed.” Really you have 6 minutes until it is 8:00. The two young kids that were working, great job on your work ethic, awesome. You probably just lost $75 to $100 that night. And we will never be coming back again. Thank you for saving us money and this will spead like wild fire. I would give you guys 0 stars if I could. I was really looking forward to pizza tonight. Them two kids/teens need to fired.

Called in my order and was told 10 to 15 minutes, I got there and was the only person there. 2 employees standing in the back. They had not even started my pizza. Then several customers came in. They were given their orders and I was still waiting, I finally asked them to refund my money so I could just leave. Turns out they had finished my pizza and it was sitting behind the counter for a half hour. No one thought to call my name.

Waited nearly 40 minutes for our pepperoni pizza, our tai chicken pizza and our supreme pizza. The staff was less than helpful and apologized for the wait but 40 minutes does not justify that long wait time. Really terrible of them. They need to hire different people.

We picked up a pizza about 4:30 p.m. today. We drove 39 miles to our home before baking it. When un wrapped the green olives we’re mostly on one side and it seemed light on sauce and cheese. It formed into a huge bubble in the oven. All of the toppings slid off and made a ring around it leaving the middle with just crust, a tiny bit of sauce a very little pepperoni and olives. Being 30 miles away we had no choice but to try to eat what we could salvage. We were very disappointed.

Our pizza and dessert both burnt. We have done a self cleaning on our oven now but I don’t think it was our oven. I think it was the baking dishes. The pizza tasted different. Usually my kids don’t complain about pizza but this was not a hit for us unfortunately.
