The service is good. Tried one of their seasonal “concretes.” Not a whole lot of goodies in there; more like vanilla custard with some pumpkin pie spice. With a 25% off coupon, that came in just under $5. My son’s strawberry shortcake concrete was over $5. Not bad, all things considered, but we’ll be sticking with the water ice from now on.

The Custard is pretty good. The complaint that I’d like looked into is that I’m priced differently each time I visit, but order the same items. The young lady shared I was priced higher due to toppings. They are the EXACT same toppings ordered (Peanuts), but $5.00 cheaper on a different day.

This location is usually good but today I ordered 2 large gelatis and they skimped on the custard; hardly any at the bottom. It’s a sad state of affairs, truly… willing to give them another chance but I this is a massive blemish on an otherwise perfect record.

Always a good treat. The vanilla custard is really good. It varies from location to location. The one in Aston on 452 is by far better. Water ice is always good, never overly sweet, but just right. Cherry flavor has cherry pieces, and it is always interesting to choose from the other featured flavors, which also vary. Mango is also delicious when available.

This Rita’s is a pretty solid location. All items on the menu are consistently good. The only 2 down sides to this location is parking and the lines. The parking lot is just tiny and odd for some reason and the lines can go all the way into the street. Other than that the products itself are good. They could also use more tables and bench’s.

Good gelatis.. Have had many good experiences until recently. Say they close at 10, I showed up 9:15 windows were all closed and the shades were down. Saw people in there but no one opened at all seeing me. They were already counting money and cleaned up. I drove a good 15 minutes to find out they closed almost an hour early!
