I’m a frequent visitor at this Taco Bell, and while it can take a little time sometimes, I totally understand having worked in food service myself, I know how busy it can get, especially at night. This past Saturday, November 1st, around 6 p.m., my fiancé and I decided we were craving Taco Bell and ordered a Doritos Locos Taco Party Pack. Normally there are 12 tacos, but to our surprise (and excitement!), there were a few extras inside! The person who handed us our order was so kind. I’m not sure if he’s the manager, but I’ve seen him there before and he’s always been super friendly. Thank you for such a great experience! The tacos were perfectly made, loaded with fillings, and tasted incredibly fresh. I was extremely happy with our visit.

Went through the drive thru at 6:20 pm on Friday Nov 15th, to pick up our mobile order. While waiting at the window, a worker came to the window, just to give us a dirty look. We paid $31 and received a dirty look in exchange. When we got our food, we noticed there was no sauce in the bag. We kindly asked for sauce, and we were given a mound of sauce, with a side of attitude. (As Pictured.) When we got home, our food was extremely cold. There was also a strand of hair in my quesadilla, which was quite disgusting. (As Pictured.) Please enforce wearing hair nets to avoid these issues.
This is not the first time we’ve gotten random mean looks from workers here.
I have worked for this company aswell. I understand when people come through with big orders, it can be frustrating and stressful. But I can say, it’s no excuse to be treating paying customers in this way. Please do better.

gave both me and my boyfriend FOOD POISONING was in the hospital from 8pm-5am yesterday.
grilled cheese burritos are always burnt.

awfully rude and disrespectful service. only have had one good experience here with an older man.

seems to also have hair in the food.
nothing about this place is good or even acceptable at this point. will be reporting to the city health department.

This Taco Bell has to be the worst late night resturant ever, every time I go there, they always got some problem. Short staffed, fryer broken, 25 minute wait, out of taco meat, unbelievable.
Basically it’s some little kids that are just playing around and getting paid for nothing, tonight they said they are short staffed and there closed but there’s five cars in the parking lot and they’re not serving no one so it must be the employees cars, LOL. This is crazy. They might as well just shut down at night. They need to fire these little kids.
Life is not a joke, people work hard and when they get off of work, they’re trying to have a decent meal. If they don’t like it, they should get a job somewhere else.

Now, I know why there wasn’t anyone in the drive-thru line at this location. The food is inedible for consumption. This is my 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt. Would you eat this? I didn’t and it’s unfortunate because the location is conveniently close to home, but I will not return to this location ever again. Beware of this Taco Bell.

This place always gives me problems. whether it’s a 20 minute wait with 3 cars in line or the workers just being plain out rude and disrespectful. This is not the first time I have had problems with this taco bell and i know im not the only person who has complained about the same issue. Your food is either made or packed terrible/thrown in the bag or the worker’s treat you like your “inconveniencing” them even though it’s their job to serve the public. I’m not one to post a review on anything because i like to think maybe i caught them on a bad day but the management issue needs to be addressed because having an issue one time is one thing but every time you go there? If i could give this place negative stars i 100% would.

Went there this morning. the older woman with short hair needs an attitude adjustment towards customers. She was extremely rude to me and acted like I was putting out when I was ordering food. I will not be going back if she is still there. She’s extremely rude every time I go there.

WENDY, WENDY, WENDY!!! Well I showed up today to get my wife and I some lunch and to recieve a taco that they didn’t put into my order a couple days ago. So hoping they would honor their promise. (They did) but not without attitude! I brought up the situation and Wendy, the one who they said took my order just wasn’t getting what I was saying. “What are you trying to say sir” ( in the rudest tone of voice) I said I’d just like you guys to honor the promise your boss Brian said he would. Well after putting in the rest of my order, I noticed that they still had the price of the replacement taco in my new total price. I said I won’t be paying for the replacement and good ole Wendy says in again a rude tone of voice “ I KNOOWW SIR”. I then said oh ok it’s ok calm down. She says “EXCUSE ME???” I drove around and the manager told me she honored the taco and walked off and made Wendy walk away as well. I mean if you have an employee with such a lack of social skills maybe don’t put her on drive thru duty. Put her in the back on the taco line where she doesn’t have to speak to the public. Obviously there was an incident right before I got there because I assume the review an hour before I made this was about the same person. SMH

We got a burnt Grilled Cheese Burrito on both sides, and a Crunchwrap. Thankfully the cinnamon twists were a win for the kids! But, Unfortunately this isn’t the first time we got something burnt. I love taco bell, but please do better!
