I felt like I stepped back to simpler time in life. The staff here are pretty incredible. You can tell it’s a local spot by the way the serves asked everyone how they were doing by name. That’s so special to me. The whole crew seemed to be happy and enjoy what they do. Talk about quick and affordable dining. From the server and the kitchen everyone pushed out their tickets quickly and seamlessly. The decor and ambiance reminded me of the place my grandma took me as a kid. I just loved it. Over all a wonderful experience. Thank you for having us this morning keep up the great work

This quaint little restaurant is a diamond in the rough hasn’t been updated in years but damn they’ve got a wonderful staff willing to do what it takes food is damn good and food comes out fast I highly recommend trying!!

I love the atmosphere love the fact that nothing’s changed over the years except some faces however, the chicken and dumplings really lack something to be desired. It was basically chicken and dumplings in some flavored water. One of the guys with me literally drank it through a straw. Other than that, I would give this place a five star as it’s always been a staple. The staff was excellent. The rest of the food was great. It was just the chicken and dumplings that really upset me. I hope this is something they will fix!

I picked up dinner from Maw Maw’s tonight. I very rarely write reviews for anything but this deserves one and not in a good way. We ordered chop steak, pizza and wings. Not a single thing we got was good. The chop steak didn’t hardly look like meat. It was dry and flavorless. The pizza and wings were not edible. The mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were so bad. I don’t know how this restaurant stays open as bad as our food was. I would absolutely never eat from here again. The positive reviews of this place are baffling to me after our meal tonight.
