The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. This was a really great place, with the food being aweome for a few reasons:
1. The employees and owner were super cordial and very professional.
2. The food was very excellent; with the powered cheese fries being so creative, and I couldn’t get over them. Its like powered popcorn, but potato fires, super weird, super creative. I loved it. The chicken was also very awesom, I recommend the secret sauce.
3. The place was clean, had cool shows and music broadcasting with aesthetics that fit for this establishment.
Overall, This place is a Must Be when passing by. You will not be disappointed.
By the way, not sure why some people are giving this place low star’s; I’ve grown up in bad, to good area’s, so I know a thing or two, and know that this must be down bad people with a bit of money, or bad attitudes, and just want a free meal or hate on people doing good. You still keep rocking BBQ Chicken. Cheers!

During my visit to bb.q Chicken in Rowland Heights, I tried their Original Fried Chicken and Soy Garlic Chicken. Compared to other fried chicken spots, the first thing I noticed was the freshness—the chicken tasted like it had just come out of the fryer, with a clean, crispy finish that wasn’t overly salty.
The Soy Garlic flavor stood out with its richer seasoning, offering a deep, well-balanced flavor profile without being overwhelming. You can really taste the difference in quality and preparation here.
If you truly want to experience what authentic, freshly made Korean fried chicken should taste like, I highly recommend this place.

Waited 30 minutes for the food. We were the only person ordering. The chicken was still hot when we got home. Unfortunately the flavors were just ok. The Gangnam style chicken wasn’t spicy. The soy garlic is how you expect it. Not sure if I’d go back. There’s other spots that tastes better. Parking won’t be hard. I’d recommend calling in ahead of time so you don’t have to wait so long.

Bro hooked it up with some chicken sauce. We didn’t know what we were feeling, the wifey and I. So my man behind the counter literally got us, went back to the counter in the cooking station, Got us two different sauces two spoons and served us. I have never had such a pleasant mouth, burning experience from being served in such a good way and experiencing such a hot sauce. Nick is a beast of a Manager and deserves to have his name known. Polite, attentive, and happy, he is still continuing to take care of us as I write this review.

I normally call to order to go, I didn’t notice before but lately they don’t pick-up the phone first or second time, I had to call 4~5 times.
Today, I had to call 10 times, every each times after 6~7 rings answering machine announces ” no one is available to answer the phone at 10th call Young man answers phone so I ask * hi do you guys have issues with phone system” he said no problems with the phone so I said I’ve called least 10 times but no one pick-up and it keep going to answering machine, and he said I’m all by my self…

By the time I got him on the phone I was pulling in parking lot he was talking to someone in the table, seems to me that person is his coworker..
This is not the first time everytime I call the store I had to call least 3~4 times before he answers phone.
I think he need to take his job more seriously.
Not only answering the phone on time his really rude on the phone.
Management should have educated there employees
how to take care of there customers..

Great experience at bb.q chicken RH! We frequent the BP location but we were in the area & the kiddos had a craving for Korean fried chicken so decided to have Sunday late lunch here! Welcomed by super friendly staff. 🙂 Saw signs if you scan the barcode on table, you get a free drink. Nice! Surprised & welcomed they had $3.50 Sapparo beers here. For us, of course needed our fav…large order of honey soy garlic wings & got a bulgogi bowl & 2 extra sides of rice. Did find out location menus can be slightly different. Staff kept checking in if we needed anything which was very nice. If we’re back in this area, we will def be back! Super thanks!!

BBQ Chicken in Rowland Heights is the best Korean fried chicken spot of all the franchises in the area! Their wings are so big, so juicy, and always served fresh out of the kitchen! I tried out this other chicken spot off Instagram that left me disappointed so I had to come here to properly fix my cravings. The cheesling fries are to die for! I also like how bb.q chicken has interesting flavors that other places don’t offer such as their Gangnam style, Galbi, or secret sauce. Yes, their prices are a little higher than competitors but it’s well worth it in my opinion. Come to bb.q Chicken Rowland Heights if you love chicken!
