We usually have a great experience here. However recently they have been hiring a lot of new people. Tonight me and 4 of my kids went in. We were over an hour before close. We ordered 3 sandwiches. The first two were toasted and when the girl put them into the toaster she literally threw them and all the cheese came off half the sandwich. So she pulls it out, cheese toasted onto the paper. And puts 3 more cold slices of cheese onto my freshly toasted sandwich for my kids. I ask her to retoast it and she rolls her eyes and toasts it. Then she pulls it out and as I’m picking condiments, I realize there are 2 of her hairs in the actual sandwich. I inform her and she PICKS THE HAIRS OUT AND TRIES TO CONTINUE MAKING MY SANDWICH!!! I said I am not ok with this and she seemed aggravated that she had to remake my sandwich. She eventually gets my order right with no hairs and I get to checkout. My order is like 43$. I give her 50$ and she literally says “YOURE NOT GONNA LEAVE A TIP?!?!”

The three girls that work on night shift were very sweet nice and got my order quickly. Food was delicious and I highly recommend eating here again. Their names were Kia , Penny and Expereonza.

Employees have the absolute worst attitude. I understand wanting to get off on time but come on, you have to at least stay open until the time scheduled. I called at 8:20 to place and order and instead of taking the order by phone they were rude and I had to come to the drive thru. I was being considerate by calling. I came to leave this review but seems like the owner has let the place go because all the recent reviews are bad.

The girl working the register was very rude, at one time rolling her eyes at me, because I couldn’t understand her .I have not been in that shop before and will not go back.95% of the chairs were up, I was there at 7:42…..I shortened my order due to the three girls rudeness, primarily the girl on the register….. Customer training is highly recommended

If ya’ll are going to clean the lobby and shut it down early at least let the customers know. I placed a online order for pickup and cant even go inside to pick it up. And the drive thru?! Absolutely ridiculous. Slow service and the team members can’t even speak loud enough for people to hear them. Would not recommend this location.

Used to be great, but has declined significantly in the past few months. No longer will take Call in orders. When you try to go through the drive-through it takes forever. Last time I came through I tipped for a sandwich that was never made. I sat and watched them talk while the workers back was to me. No one ever started making the order I had to flag them down to get a refund. I used to eat here 2 to 3 days a week after picking my child up from school, but now I will no longer attempt this location

Ordered online and my girlfriend went and picked it up on her way home. She gets there and confirms the order along with asking if chips were in the bag. The employees started laughing and said yeah under the napkins. Get home and the chips are half eaten and opened. What a joke! Can’t even get subway without someone eating my food. Like I know it’s little but for someone to eat my food and bold faced lie to me about the chips being in the bag. Ridiculous

SERVICE SUCKS.
I THOUGHT THEY WERE CLOSED AT 6:30pm , I watched them through the drive though window for at least 10 minutes, I know that they seen me there. FINALLY she came over, took my order, not before having long conversations with coworkers, stood at the window almost opening it while turning to finish her conversation while holding my order just out of reach .
From the time she finally took my order to the time I received it was about 15 minutes and that doesn’t include the time before she took my order.

This place is a total mess! I ordered a roast beef sub, but when I finally got home and opened it up, I found a chicken sandwich inside. It was 8:30, and I was all set to enjoy dinner with my family, but I can’t eat chicken! This ruined my evening, and it looked like they mixed up orders for others too. I tried calling them repeatedly, but nobody picked up. It’s infuriating that I have to deal with their mistakes and waste my valuable time and gas on this nonsense.
