I recently ate at Austin Grill and it was absolutely fabulous. This Tex-Mex spot is new to the area, and honestly, it’s about time we got something this fresh and exciting around here. We sat in the bar area at a high-top, and our bartender Mike took care of us — and wow. His service was next level. The attention to detail, the pacing, the friendliness… you could tell he genuinely cared about the experience, not just the order.
The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish, but my favorite part had to be the shareable party drink called “Yeehaw Y’all.” It was fun, flavorful, and perfect for enjoying with friends — we loved it. On top of the food and drinks, the atmosphere really stood out. The décor made me feel like I was somewhere far from Virginia, in the best way possible. Every detail was thoughtfully done, even down to the men’s restroom, which says a lot. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I’m already excited to go back. Austin Grill is a great addition to the area, and I highly recommend checking it out.

Not sure what to say about this place. Service was good and the atmosphere was good also. But the food…not sure what it was that we ate. Don’t really count as Mexican food that we are used to. All the food we ordered were so so. Don’t really think we can call them Mexican food. They were just so greasy and the taste of food was just over taken by cheese. We didn’t finish most of our food. Will not recommend to friends or family members. Go somewhere else. It’s not worth it.

Exactly what Sterling needed. Fun menu, amazing brunch, great people and easy parking. They make fresh tortillas. Chips and salsa free! Prices are super reasonable. We will be back.

Love the atmosphere and the wait staff is all very friendly, service is great. Love their guacamole, fish tacos are great, carne asada, and the Mexican Caesar with steak is really good. They even cooked my steak to order. Love their Tajin Watermelon margarita! Definitely recommend this place.

Thankful that the General Manager and AGM are still here and of course Randy. The food was good, standard Tex-Mex. Pricing is on the higher side, drinks aren’t anything special, and there are no domestic beers. If you’re planning to watch sports, this isn’t the place!!! it’s very dark inside, and the décor feels disjointed. I’m proud of the Velocity family who stuck it out through the change, but unfortunately, the concept doesn’t mesh well with this location.

Our server Andrew was great! Friendly and courteous . First time here.. order guacamole, was good maybe more spicy. I had pastor.. not what expected as typical mexican tacos… as the are tex mex restaurant. But was pleasantly surprised. Good flavor. Green rice was good. My husband order ribs.. Those were delicious!!
Coleslaw good. Drink were yummy and churros nice and fluffy.

Tried Austin Grill and it did not disappoint! The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The huevos rancheros is hearty with perfectly cooked eggs, bold sauce, and fresh toppings.
