I keep trying to give this place another chance. But every time it is disappointing. The place just looks dirty and sloppy. The owner is not friendly at all and his kids working there follow his lead. No greeting, blank stare until you say what you want, wrong change, no thank you, no napkins, no bag. The sandwich is ok, but the experience is not great overall. I hate having to drive to Chester for bagels on Sunday but I think that’s the better option

I got the whole wheat everything bagel with egg/cheese/SPK and it was good! The bagel was a tiny bit tough but still good. The place itself is more setup as a to-go restaurant, I’d say, so don’t bring a big group here.

I got six bagels there this morning to take home and eat with my family. Unfortunately, they just weren’t very good. We ate them within an hour of buying them, but they tasted like they were 2-3 days old. The outside of each bagel was stale and hard. I don’t know why they’re selling old bagels. I’d head into Chester or Hackettstown for much better bagels.

Great local bagel place. I ordered a Taylor ham, egg and cheese on an egg bagel and it was fantastic and made fresh to order. After seeing the full menu Pancakes, eggs, etc.) I also had to order a side of breakfast potatoes which were really good. The owner seems to be a really great guy as well.

I went in with the other reviews in mind for my first time there. The place is just as clean as any other bagel store and the employees are NOT touching food with their bare hands. Prices are what you’d expect and the breakfast sandwich I got was enjoyable.

This place has okay food; however the owner took a very long time to get my family’s order, although we were the only ones in the store, and when we finally did get the order, he spent about 3 minutes talking with his family instead of making the order. The food wasn’t made with cleanliness in mind and the owner did not wear gloves.

It was my first time stopping.
The gentleman behind the counter was so friendly and helpful.
I’m so glad I stopped because the bagels are amazing. I’ll definitely stop again next time I’m in the area.

Cozy, family-owned deli. I got a pork roll egg & cheese on an onion bagel. I really loved the softness and ever-so-slightly sweetness of the bagel. I also liked the seasoning for the sandwich. I would definitely stop here all the time if I lived in the area! Great lunch or breakfast spot.

This place is disgusting. The owner/man who made my sandwich DID NOT wear gloves when making my sandwich, refused to give me a refund for a sandwich I never ate. He also asked me invasive questions, which made me feel uncomfortable. BEWARE. Eat at your own risk.
