The girls in there around 6-7pm when me and my wife go in are super rude and have a lot of attitude rolling their eyes , huffing and puffing, and closing down before close time. They had no trash can available or chairs down to use at 6pm

Look this is small town Subway that generally does a good job. We’re a bit more laid back out here and understand when things are running behind, etc. But, that being said, these people left me in the drive thru lane – at the speaker box – for 22 minutes before I went inside. The last person to leave the line behind me was just getting their sandwich handed to them. There were no other customers. When I asked for the manager and explained the situation, his reply was simply that he knows it’s frustrating….. I was offered nothing! And when I say nothing I mean, not even a sorry and let us get you taken care of right away. Nothing!?! This guy should not be running a restaurant. One of the employees at least had the heart to say, I’ll be right with you sir. He should run the place and let manager boy mop up. I’ve honestly never seen anything like this, ever!

Does anyone else have problems when you order mobile?? Every time I pick up my order, they have the wrong thing on my sandwich. I specifically mark what I want and it’s always wrong so sick of this!!

The new young girls they hired are absolutely clueless. You pay for extra meat or deluxe and they fail to give you what you pay for, every, single, time. I guess they weren’t taught the correct amounts that go on the sandwiches so if you enjoy being scammed, go here.

This new girl, Morgan, I told her to drag my sandwich through the garden except for jalapenos. The first thing she does is put jalapenos on it. Then I had to explain what I meant by dragging it through the garden. She rolled my sandwich up, upside down and all my toppings practically fell out. She would go into the office and take bites of her sandwich with gloves on, then come back out without changing her gloves and finish making my sandwich. You can’t do that in food service. That’s cross contamination. Luckily, the acting manager saw all this and quickly apologized and gave us a discount without us asking or making a scene.

Ordered 2 basic sandwiches and the Employee was rushing us, messed up our order and didn’t add enough when containers were empty, and didn’t fill containers, 35 dollars for 2 sandwiches isn’t correct, and they said have a goodnight when they didn’t even add our sandwiches or other food like cookies in the bag, so it was a horrible experience and money was wasted.

Veggies looked 10 years old. Double meat/bacon doesn’t get a free cookie. I got 1 of the 4 toppings I normally get. Won’t be back.
