The portion size is very small as well. I haven’t ever been to a Subway that covers their meat so customers can’t see how much they’re actually getting. I’m very disappointed; it’s like cheating the customer. Great customer service clean restaurant but not worth the price only on the factory base hiding the meat toppings from the customers view i would recommend 32nd or Columbia subways

Tried to order at the counter and the two workers did not even acknowledge me. I stood there for almost 10 minutes and they never looked up from the online orders to tell me how long the wait would be or ask what I wanted.

Stood in front of counter for 4:27 seconds without anyone acknowledging me, despite the fact that two employees were working across the counter facing me. Young blonde woman, and a chunky sweaty man with the saddest facial hair I’ve seen in a long time.
They also didn’t acknowledge me after 4:27 seconds, I just left.
Only customer physically in store, and they treated me like I was bothering them. My bad, ill go to Jimmy John’s, or jersey Mike’s.
Both are better sandwiches anyway.
Get your house in order Subway. By cleaning it.

Price says 6.99 and it ends up being 18 dollars everytime. No sub shop should ever be above 12 dollars. I had a deal for buy a foot long for 7.99 and by the time I got to checkout it was 16 dollars. I walked out I was not paying 16 for a promised 7

I didn’t have a very good experience in the drive thru today. I paid for my order and got most of my order but he forgot the soup. I waited for 20 min then finally called the store and watched the lady pick up the phone. I told her that I was sitting in the drive thru waiting for my soup. She turned around and saw me. She proceeded to ring up the soup. I told her it was already paid for. It didn’t seem like she believed me until she looked at the receipt. She then went to get the guy who originally helped me and he didn’t have a clue what I was waiting for, apparently they didn’t talk. I told him and he went around the corner and about a min later the gal brought me the soup. I told her that I was waiting for 20 min and she said, “it was no 20 min”. I told her to check the time stamp on the receipt and she turned around and walked away closing the window. No apologies or anything. I don’t think I will be going back to that subway again. They weren’t even busy so I’m not sure where the breakdown was.

The service at this location was absolutely horrible. The employees working at 630pm on August 20th 2025 couldn’t have cared less. Myself and a coworker tried to order, but the employees wouldn’t make eye contact and wouldn’t take our order. Management needs to can these fools.

Went to pick up my online order and was told someone picked it up already and there was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t make me a new one or refund me. I was told I had to do it online. I asked for the recipient and he refused to give it to me so now I can’t even get a refund through the website since I do not have the receipt.
