I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to bring something to your attention because I visit your restaurant often and I really enjoy your food and service. However, I have to be honest — the atmosphere has been difficult lately. Many times there are parents with very young, extremely active children running around, yelling loudly, and disturbing the peace for other customers.
I don’t appreciate that atmosphere, and I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. I understand that families are welcome, but I hope you can find a way — maybe a gentle reminder or a small policy — to help maintain a calmer, more comfortable environment for everyone.

I love coming here the food is great, but the service is horrible!!! The lady that took my order was rude and looked annoyed. I asked my order to be for here and was given to me in to go boxes she then asks me if I needed plates I said yes. I asked her can I please get forks and she’s like you mean utensils I just smiled didn’t want to argue. After we ate we wanted to get ice cream and we waited approximately 10 minutes to be helped. That’s not until there was a big line of customers waiting. I get that you’re busy but please hire kind people that make you feel welcomed. I usually get helped by a nice lady with red hair. She’s awesome!!!

But today 03/18/2025, was a really bad experience.
Of course they changed their menu, but that’s okay.
I order my usual, vanilla latte with boba.
The server asked what size I would like, medium or large, I always get the large, so that’s what I said, and she acknowledged it.
Then, out from the back, a guy comes out, and says something to her in private, and she comes back and says to me, that they only come in medium now.
That doesn’t make sense to me, only one size?!
Absurd!
Now, not only did I not get what I wanted, it wasn’t prepared correctly, I will say, that I took a sip or two, but my latte was only filled 3/4, so I didn’t even get a full cup.
I’m truly upset with this establishment, that I actually enjoy visiting.

Our family has been patrons of this establishment for several years, and we consistently find the cuisine to be of high quality. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and are consistently delicious, complemented by excellent desserts. Furthermore, the meat market offers exceptional products, with the carne asada being particularly noteworthy for its tenderness and rich flavor profile.

Love the fusion of sweets, savory and my favorite Mexican plates !!!! This spot is perfect to have dinner and enjoy a nice treat afterwards. I ordered the seafood soup but was disappointed as it didn’t taste fresh and didn’t have oysters or crab legs. Will definitely be returning to try something else

I stopped by La Pasadita and got two agua frescas: limón y pepino and fresas con leche. Both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh and really hit the spot. The service was amazing as well. The staff were respectful, super friendly, and even let me sample different flavors before ordering. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back and try more items. A five-star experience all around!

Food is great, this is why i come to eat here but the service is horrible. You are never greeted, you have to wait for the staff to come to your table after you have waited for a while. This is always the case. And to top it off they serve people that came in way after you came in first. Today in particular i sat down and waited and waited until after 10 minutes they asked me if i was ready to order, i told them that i never even received a Menu. I placed my order to eat at the restaurant and when my food came, it came in a To Go Box, this was very disrespectful for me. I guess im going to have to look for another place where customer service is a priority.
