My husband and I came here as the last meal for our honeymoon trip to North Carolina. We wanted a nice steak meal and stumbled across this place. Let me start by saying.
Our waiter Gioni was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Our drinks were never empty and our food was fast and so good.
Secondly, the steaks… most definitely give it 10000/10.
The flavor was delicious, they were cooked perfectly and the compound butter that’s on top of the steaks was perfectly delicious.

My family and I came here looking for a good steakhouse in the area. My wife got a New York strip that was over cooked and very under seasoned for the price. Our daughter had the kids cheese burger that looked and tasted like a Bubba Burger that was pre cooked earlier in the day and didn’t seems fresh at all. Then I ordered the lamb chops and I have to say I had frog legs bigger that chops. The carrots were cold as though they came out the fridge and were over cooked. I said something to the waitress, who by the way was great,, and asked to speak to the manager who I believe is named Von. He never came out to speak to me, there was only one other party there so not even busy, but sent the waitress out with a menu, and had her ask me what other protein would I like. By the time my pork chop was done everyone was done with their meals. This place is ridiculously over priced for what they offer. Picture of lamb chaps to show what I’m talking about.

I recently dined at the Branded Cattle Steakhouse with a party of nine, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! Despite having some reservations due to recent unfavorable reviews, I decided to give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The hostess welcomed us warmly, and the bartender and our waiter were attentive and friendly throughout our meal.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely fantastic! The steaks were cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. The spices used enhanced each bite, making it one of the best steak experiences I’ve had in a while.
Everything was served promptly, which is impressive for a large party like ours. I would highly recommend the Branded Cattle Steakhouse to anyone looking for a great meal. Don’t let recent reviews deter you; this place is truly deserving of your patronage!

The food was absolutely the worst that I have ever had! We got $55.00 ribeye, green beans baked potato – Cheeseburger and fries – Kids steak with corn. We arrived 45 minutes after they opened they didn’t have macaroni and cheese. Kids steak was horrible, size of a sausage patty, he ate one bite and no more. The hamburger was so salty only ate a few bites, ribeye was the size of a hamburger patty and totally sucked! $100.00 wasted for sure. I am so upset about spending that money. Had to come home to Georgia to cook something to eat. Service was good, very nice gentleman, he can’t help the food was absolutely horrible! Never again! Waste of hard earned money! Who ever had listed good reviews obviously was paid to give positive comments. Trust me don’t go there! Makes me sick knowing I wasted that $100.00 bill!

My husband and I spent Valentine’s weekend in Cherokee. Our Valentine’s dinner was at the Branded Cattle. It was amazing. The Brussel sprouts are worth writing home about. So delicious. Great service Ayden our server was kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend trying it out.

This is our go to spot for family outings. The food is amazing, the vibes are always good, and the staff are so nice! Ellison is our favorite server and is always on top of it! Food is always out quick and never disappoints! (Best lobster Mac and cheese in all of western North Carolina!!!). The kids menu has good portions and plenty of different options for every child’s perfect meal!

Filet was at best a sirloin identifying as a filet. Service was slow. The “sirloin” or filet as they call it and price it, was raw. By the time it was cooked, The rest of my party was done eating. I overpaid and left. Do not recommend and will never go again. Ruth’s Chris in the Casino was 100xs better.

I sent mine back and waited another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, my fries were returned long before the steak, so I had to eat everything separately. The steak also didn’t taste like a true filet; the cut quality was disappointing, especially at $50.
When we asked about some consideration for the delays and the overcooked steak, the manager offered dessert but without much empathy or apology. For a $116 check, we expected a sincere acknowledgement and a modest adjustment (even removing soft drinks or a small discount). As someone who managed restaurants for years, I always made sure guests left feeling taken care of—that’s how you earn repeat business.
We won’t be returning, but I hope the owner sees this and addresses the long ticket times, food quality control, and guest recovery. A genuine apology and a small accommodation would have made all the difference.
