Absolutely nobody in the store. 2 cars ahead of me. Spent upwards to 15 mins sitting in the drive thru. I only ordered food so ofc by the time i got it it was cold. 🙂

Extra annoyance for having to drive around and get out of my car, becuhs they girl at the window did not give me sirracha as requested multiple times. Not to mention the unnecessary commentary from the broad with all the tattoos as if i shouldn’t be annoyed that I’m the one inconvenienced. “She was going to give it to you then you drove off” common sense would be to give it to me before you close the window after saying “thank you”

This use to be one of my favorite locations. I stopped ordering the drinks becuhs they were always terrible. Now the service is slowly going down hill too.

I’ve repeatedly experienced discrimination and poor treatment as a disabled customer at two Starbucks locations:

As someone protected under the ADA, I expect to be treated with respect when I let staff know I have a disability. Unfortunately, I’ve repeatedly been questioned, scolded, and even threatened with order cancellations simply because I cannot place my mobile order 15–20 minutes in advance due to medical appointments. I’ve explained that I’m disabled and that the app helps me manage my neurological condition by remembering my drink order for me, yet employees still challenge me every time.

Starbucks is a multi-billion-dollar company, and if there are ongoing issues with ticket printing or order timing, that should be handled internally by your IT or operations team — not taken out on customers, especially those with disabilities.

Please ensure your employees and managers receive proper ADA and sensitivity training. When a customer identifies as disabled, that should be the end of the discussion — not the start of a confrontation.

I’m not asking for special treatment, only for equal access and a simple, respectful experience when ordering my drink and food without being harassed or made to prove my disability.

I did attempt to resolve this without leaving a negative review, but I guess I am not worthy of a phone call back from management to see how they will proceed with their future employee ADA training.

The ladys and gentlemen here are outstanding. Not only do they add the small but welcoming touch of remembering the locals names, but they strive to make your experience a postive one. I pass alot of SB in so-cal but I make.sure to come here because they bring a unique warming and personal touch to The cooperations business model . The managers are definitely something rare and noteworthy. Definitely how a coffee house or any small shop should be ran.

Lately they’ve been skimping me on my coffee. I don’t understand why. They put whipped cream to make it look full but even then you can tell it’s missing like 1/3 of the drink. I don’t go often so to me it matters. I know they’re short staffed but that doesn’t mean they can’t make another batch to fill it up.
