shishito peppers were so great!
As an asian, the soysauce-reduced peppers were so delicious, and it was so great for wine and beer. Peppers were not spicy at all. Great food and Great Service !

Almost no options for a low carb diet. Even the brussel sprouts are deep fried. Asked if the “New Zealand Lamb Lollipops, was another term for skewers? Was told they were just four small bites of lamb. For $23 USD! Since I could not get a protein rich low carb lunch till the steaks were available after 4pm, I walked across the road to the Chicken & Rice chain store and got a grilled chicken plate with veggies rather than rice, plus an egg for $18. Im here for a week on business, and definitely won’t be eating here.

B&B is located inside the lobby of Santa Clara Marriott. I stayed here to attend a conference nearby and didn’t feel like heading out so decided to try the lobby bar & grill.
I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was good. Prices were okay and food was pretty good also.

This is a bar not a restaurant. Stick with fresh items like salad. Though overpriced those are good. For other items, think about a bad diner but at three times the price.
Don’t sit on the “bar” side. Bad service but I guess you can find the 49ers there on some nights.

$30 for a plate of pasta with no protein included? That’s laughable. I’ve had better meals (and bigger portions) at half the price in actual fine dining establishments. Here, you’re paying for the vibe—not the food. And while the ambiance tries hard, it doesn’t justify gouging your customers for a basic dish that costs pennies to make. If you’re going to charge luxury prices, at least serve something remotely worth it. Save your money and your appetite. Plenty of better options nearby.

During my recent stay at the Santa Clara Marriott I decided to try Bosc & Bartlett, which is the lobby restaurant/bar. The M Club didn’t have anything other than bags of chips and Parcel 104 is permanently closed. The restaurant was just OK. I had the caesar salad and a burger. The ceasar was not tossed which is frustrating to me. The burger was dry and the bacon was very hard (I’m sure it was sitting in a hot pan all day). Not really worth the $50.
