Excellent walk up counter restaurant. Great portion size with outstanding taste. Definitely will visit again. Seemed to have a lot of take out orders, but we dined in which was fine. Thankful they had a large water cooler to self fill up, as I needed it for the Thai food.

I ordered the Shrimp Spring Rolls as a side & not much flavor going on there, but the peanut butter Thai dipping sauce completely saved the day. Seriously, that dip is fire and highly recommended.
For my main, I went with Pad See Ew with Shrimp (heat level 1). I really appreciate that they actually kept it mild, just as requested. The portion size was generous & easily enough for two people. Unfortunately, the noodles had this odd, almost refrigerated or rancid-oil kind of aftertaste. It’s hard to describe: they were sweet, but the flavor just felt off, like maybe the noodles or oil weren’t super fresh. I couldn’t finish my portion, which was disappointing because the shrimp themselves were big and well-cooked.
The total came to about $30 for both items, which is a bit steep, though Thai food tends to run on the pricier side. The front staff wasn’t rude, but also didn’t seem too into the customer service side of things, not terrible, just not super attentive.
Overall, Pad Tai Cafe gets a 7/10 from me, great dipping sauce, solid shrimp, but the noodles missed the mark.

Drunken noodles and shrimp fried rice are very good. Green chicken curry is good too, make sure you can handle the spice level. Their portions are very nice. Quick and friendly service. Definitely recommend this authentic Thai place.

Excellent food at this nice hidden gem in the area. If you enjoy Thai food, this place is a must-try. The flavors are authentic, the portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh. I highly recommend the Pad Thai and the coconut curry both were full of flavor, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu.

Been wanting to try for a while now. Nice and quiet atmosphere that’s ideal if you need to study or work or meet up, but the food is sub par, the dish I ordered was the Pad sew ew, medium spice level with chicken. The flat noodles where extremely dry, vegetables were sparse, and chicken a little overcooked and chewy. There was zero Chinese broccoli, about 2 oz of the chicken jerky and 4 tiny sprigs of broccoli. Medium spice level was extremely spicy ️ but that’s okay I can handle the heat but it was dry and I felt like I was eating bland noodles clumped together in giant chunks and chicken jerky. Won’t be ordering this again. Also we waited nearly thirty minutes for not good food. Definitely not worth the $17 I paid. This stuff isn’t even worth $5, protein and vegetables sparse, it was almost entirely clumped noodles that were dry and bland. Also the server/cashier is very distant and unfriendly.

I was either super hungry or this was dang fantastic, because I couldn’t stop eating. I had the Yellow curry Chicken. We also had the Red Tofu, Tom Yam/Kha. Everything was very well seasoned and spice level was right on. I especially liked that the meat was well trimmed of fat or stringy pieces. We are thankful for a closer location of a Thai place with very good food. The last photo almost empty as I couldn’t stop eating before the review post!

Papaya salad was fresh and delish! I got medium level spiciness and it was a perfect level for me who is used to eating chili. Mango sticky rice is divine! Mango was sweet, the coconut flavor went really well with it and the warm rice. Chefs kiss! Will be back to try their curry.

I am a frequent customer since they open, and their food is always on point!
Great seasoning, great vibes when you dine in, staff is always polite and the portions are good. Try the pineapple rice w/ chicken or the pad tai w/ chicken!

We had a nice time at Palm Thai. The atmosphere is nice and they go some led string lights giving off a warm glow. When you walk in their menu is available both printed and on big TV screens displaying it behind the register.

The food was also really good and they bring it to your table. The staff were friendly. The veggie pad Thai with fried tofu was a great vegetarian option. It had a tanginess from the like juice, crunchiness from peanuts and bean sprouts, and spiciness from the level of spicy you choose when you order.

The tofu egg rolls were also great and came with a sweet peanut sauce for dipping.

The shrimp tempura come with a sweet and sour sauce.

There’s also self serve water dispenser if you want water and you can buy Thai tea/coffee and bottled and canned soft drinks.
