Have tried to eat here 2 times over the past month and a bit. Once they were closed to the public, second time we literally stood at the entrance for 20 mins waiting for a table. No one came by to tell us how long of a wait. There were open tables but given the lack of organization we left.
Would love to try the food as we have heard good things but have a hostess or something or tell your waitresses to pay attention to the door.

The Bambino Gabriele Burger is likely one better burgers I’ve had a while.
Soft buttery bun, mild sausage patty, smothered in a absurd amount of sautéed onions/peppers with half a brick of melted mozzarella for good measure.
If you get fries on the side, don’t plan on finishing them. They likely give you 2 pounds worth.

Everything was very tasteful but the amount of fries is a waste but they have to charge for a small container of mayo. Why not charge for ketchup also? We are brought up with mayo and in the store mayo is cheaper than ketchup.

Paid $36 for a sub par panzerotti. It was very overcooked to the point of turning dark brown.
The sauce seemed to just be strained tomatoes with pepper or something sprinkled in for spice.
The waitress was no where to be found when it was time to get our doggy bag and we sat there for a good half an hour waiting for her to come back. When we tracked down another waitress the doggy bag was shoved into a container that was too small for the leftovers and wouldn’t even close.
