i am very disappointed. i went in this afternoon for a sub and i asked for a giant #13 for my mom and i to split. it went fine up until the worker asked for my toppings. i asked for lettuce, onions, EXTRA pickles and EXTRA banana peppers. i felt very rushed to check out and couldn’t see them make my sandwich. i open my sandwich when i get home and no banana peppers and literally 3 pickles. i am disappointed, why ask me what toppings i want if i don’t even get the toppings i want.

I’m leaving this review because I really had such a great experience at this restaurant. Usually when I go around 3 o’clock it is busy but these two girls they were amazing with their customer service! Smiling and greeting me warmly, my sandwich was delicious as well.

My family and I went to the Jersey Mikes at the Eastern Market place location in Chantilly, CA and the manager Aliyah and staff Marco were so friendly. Marco opened the door for us and checked us out. Aliyah knew every menu item and was so helpful in getting our orders in. Loved their customer service!

Usually the subs here are outstanding, all around, but lately something has been going on with the bread. The tops are puffed, dry, and cracked on almost every sub I’ve ordered for the past few weeks. I’m not sure if there has been a change of product or preparation, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

Never makes the orders correctly staff look borderline homeless uniforms are messy loo unclean I will not be ordering from this location again you are better off going to Santinis or even subway. I picked up a regular sized philly cheesesteak and it was both delicious and reasonably priced. If you go for the philly cheesesteak go ahead and and get giant size, regular seemed just a little small for it. I will definitely be back again.

My son and I ordered the same sub- The Italian hot sub. I didn’t get veggies, but the amount of meat was drastically different. And it was not heated at all, bread not toasted. Did Uber eats, super quick delivery, so that was a plus. Got to eat sandwiches in bed while watching cartoons, so can’t complain there!

Dear Jersey Mike’s Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at one of your franchise locations in Chantilly, VA.
As a loyal customer, I frequently visit your Ashburn and Reston locations and have consistently received excellent service. However, while in the Chantilly area, I decided to stop by that location and was unfortunately met with a very different and upsetting experience.
It was clear the staff, including the manager, were under pressure—perhaps coming off a busy lunch rush—but that does not excuse the level of unprofessionalism I encountered. The individual preparing my sandwich was rude and visibly frustrated, and when I raised concerns about how my food was being handled, the manager failed to de-escalate the situation. Instead, he told me to “get out of his store.” When I asked if he was the owner, he admitted he was not.
I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, which is not what I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s. This experience has unfortunately made it clear that I will not be returning to the Chantilly location.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be addressed appropriately and that other customers will not have a similar experience.
