Great BBQ and dining experience all-around! The dining area and restrooms were so fresh and so clean, clean! Went with a couple of friends and we all enjoyed our various plates. Therefore, there is nothing I would not recommend ordering. But I can say first hand that the brisket is good stuff! Fried okra is good too!

1st time at a Dickey’s and I gotta say the 3 meat combo was pretty darn good actually better than good it was great I chose the Chicken, Turkey, Kelbasa with Smoked Beans and hand cut fry’s I will be back and definitely go here if you’re looking for great BBQ

First time trying Dickey’s. The food itself is okay, but overall, it’s a no from me.
Ordered around 2:30 (est. 3:15 pick up time): the tracker was never updated, so we showed up at 3:15. Still took a few minutes for them to finish packing sides, but it appeared as if our bag was waiting when we came in.
Missing toppings for brisket & beer cheese fries. I got my side of brisket chili mac, but just plain fries.
Portions are SMALL. Also not a big deal overall, but see slider picture attached: pretty underwhelming for a first experience.
Partner got the 2-meat meal, and got three small-medium cuts of meat. It just seems overpriced for the portion provided.
Again, taste was okay but not worth the price/mediocre experience.

I came in here recently, mostly fresh to BBQ and pit restaurants, and was blown away by the quality of the food and service. I ordered the Cueban Sandwhich plate, and the kielbasa on the sandwich tasted homemade in the best way, and my onion tanglers and fry sides were pure fried goodness. I was apprehensive because I’ve never been to a place like this, but the friendly staff and fantastic food has kept me coming back 4 times now! Always looking forward to my next meal here.

It’s exactly as advertised. Decent BBQ. I don’t know If it’s worth 2 fist fights, see store sauce story, but it was good. So good I cleared my plate. I recommend trying the sausage. Yum.

Ordered online for a 6pm pickup. Went in at 6:05 and said I had a pickup. The response I got was “we are busy itll be a minute”. No big deal. Sit for over a half hour, waiting to here my name and nothing. Go back up to the counter and the girl grabs my food out of a hot box. How long was it in there? Because i went home and the food was cold. How bout when someone comes in you maybe check the status of the order for the customer. Food was expensive and ok at best. Ive delivered hundreds of Ubers in the past and never have had an issue like this. Id give this place zero stars if i could, and i will actively tell people never waste a penny there

I’ve been there 2 times and my experience was not consistent. The first time I got a platter and it was good. The second time a pulled pork sandwich that was too fatty for my tastes. The staff there can be inattentive.
Update: 03/24/2024 visit, about 16:00, 3-meat plate, they were out of pulled pork which seems odd to me at that time of day, so I got chopped brisket, the jalapeno-cheddar sausage, and chicken, sides were the potato casserole and baked beans. The brisket was fatty, but both the chicken and sausage were very good, with my favorite being my favorite. The sides were unremarkable, with the beans being a major disappointment for a BBQ place. Again, the staff was inattentive and would disappear when there were no customers. Notes on the beans, simply save all of your meat scraps and add them and some BBQ sauce to improve the beans, this should be done in-house.
Note, while Google says that this is temporarily closed, I do believe that it has been permanently closed along with some of the other locations, this location has been closed for several months. In summary, it was in an odd location, there were employee and management issues, and the food was just mid.

We’ve eaten Dickies for years, I don’t know what happened at this place. Immediate change of management needed. Menus offline, workers all in the back eating (while customers are waiting at the counter), cold meat, stale rolls, inaccurate signs and options (no longer serving Texas toast?). When we asked for a receipt the worker said it would take too long to connect to WiFi?! When we asked for fresh meat that wasn’t cold they had to call the general manager (or at least they disappeared to the back for a few minutes)? Quickest way to lose your customers is just have poorly trained, unmotivated and generally disagreeable workers. Add cold food on top of of it all… Probably not coming back anytime soon.
