Had the WORST customer service experience here today walked in around 4 pm and nobody was behind the counter. Then once the employee finally showed up she was huffing and puffing. Sorry princess that you had to do your job, she was a short Hispanic or possible darker skinned Middle Eastern. She was huffing and puffing the whole time and YELLING “WHAT DO YOU WANT?” “CASH OR CARD”. Why are you yelling when we’ve only said hi to you. Nastiest person I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with. We walked out before she could do more damage to a business I otherwise ENJOY going too. I hope to never see that woman there again.

The first thing is the Subway coupons which I received in the mail.did not work at all.
Secondly the server behind the counter was very rude along with limited English.
I will not be back ever, and went to Submarina in Santee where everything was excellent as usual.

Terrible customer service, i was the next person in line. One young lady was working where the other one did not greet and ignored me. In the meantime, two other customers just came in and still would rather clean then help out. Then her cell phone rang and she answered it and her priorities were still not on helping the customers. I left, terrible customer service. If the staff are in a break then quit cleaning. And talking in plane site for customers to see you. Will not ever purchase from Subway if this is how your franchise is ran.

I went indoors and ordered a meatball sub foot long employee say we only have enough for half a foot long. I said I’ll pick something elese. Mind you it’s 6pm dinner time and no one was in the store. So I ask for a chicken bacon ranch foot long. She said they are out of shredded cheese it’s in the back then so nothing stocked and veggies were definitely soggy. No mayo or mustard either she said she didn’t mix any. So I got a orange juice and sandwich was done payed over 18 bux for 1 sandwich and a small orange juice. Get to work to eat and there was no bacon on thos sandwich and you can tell the bread was not fresh. DO Better SUBWAY ……

Food tastes as expected, though they are consistently out of staple items and typically put on half the amount of veggies other subways use. Tables are never wiped down after use, facilities is maintained at minimum, and they don’t have water cups if you ask for one. I have visited this location for 10 years and it’s disappointing the owners believe less for the customer is more for them. This is my first time feeling necessary to write a review for a business. Disappointed

Just ordered pick up. Ordered 1 1/2 hours before scheduled pick up. Get to the restaurant and asked to wait. 10 minutes later she makes my order after helping other customers. Mind you I am on a 1/2 lunch break. I had asked for light mayo and mustard. The sand which had condiments oozing out the side. I am very disappointed with this location. Will drive further to get better service

Adrian, the manager, was the most polite and professional associate I have seen in a long time! He’s young but he’s a really hard worker. He’s kind and funny too. We had a really great experience especially after we were just rudely turned away from the Subway on Main St. That cashier told us she was ‘on break’ and wouldn’t serve us. Well thankfully we decided to give another location a try because we got great service, fantastic sandwiches and you could see all the ingredients were definitely fresh!! Everything looked great and tasted even better.

The staff here is so friendly!! I stopped by to get lunch after a hectic morning on a super busy day. I was one of a whole stream of a whole bunch of customers and not only did they take the rush in stride, they made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Bernard was an absolute dream, asking me about my day and sharing some of his. He reached out to other customers too. Also the sandwich was great, of course.

3rd or 4th time here, and the subs I ordered online weren’t only not ready on-time, I still had to wait an extra 30min wait. Finally got the subs and they were all wrong.
Cold, messy and not one of 3 was right. And its like that every time,
You will just get different servers.If you are trying to order from here, I recommend calling n, because I am sorry but it’s never right, and the girl doing the subs, was very rude today.
