One of the better Waffle House I’ve been to. Staff is always friendly. Restaurant is clean. Did have one of the best bacon egg and cheese melts in a long time. Like all Waffle Houses brings jacket – why do they keep it so cold .

I’ve been to this Waffle House twice and have had negative experiences with staff both times.
The first time we went, we left a 25% tip. We heard the employees complaining about our tip to each other. Saying we didn’t leave enough and complaining. In front of us as we were at the register paying.
This last time, we asked if there was a table with an outlet to charge our phone. It wouldn’t have been an issue that there wasn’t one. However the server, one of the same servers who was there last time we went, said to us “we’re busy, go to Starbucks if you want a charger” with such an attitude and walked away, proceeding to talk negatively about us to the other servers again.
I’ve been to many different waffle houses and will not be returning to this one after these experiences. If you want rude servers, you’ll have a good time at this location. Other than that, don’t go here.

Waffle House, Great place for food has a variety of a menu and is open daily 24/7 this is one of if not the most reliable place to get a bite for kinda cheap in are area. Overall, Great place and everybody should get the experience of Waffle House!

Stopped by Waffle House on a busy Sunday morning, and even with the rush the team did a great job. I think the manager’s name was Akeem—he had a great personality and really kept things running smoothly. The door guy was also super welcoming, which made a difference with the crowd. Food was classic Waffle House—good and hit the spot. Always appreciate the consistency here!

I have always had a good experience at this location. However, today’s experience lacked good customer service. We were a party of three. We order 1 decaf coffee, 1 Oj and 3 waters and placed our food order . Usually the beverages come shortly after being seated. I ordered the All Star Breakfast with sausage, two additional orders of hash browns, 2 orders of bacon and a Pecan Waffle. The server brought out the All Star Breakfast minus the Waffle. I had to ask for the coffee, ask for cream and sweetener. The server kept saying I’m bringing this, this is coming while other customers who were seated after us were beginning to get items they had ordered; which were some of the same items that we had ordered earlier. She brought the check before making sure we had received our complete order. I had to asked for a coffee refill. I explained to the server that we were being charged for items we never got. She asked do you want me to take those items off. She then said I will have to charge you for the waffle that comes with the All star breakfast even though I never received it. I asked to see the manager and was told he would be out shortly. I waited shortly, but left without sharing my disappointment.

The Indian lady was very rude to me bc I asked her for 57 sauce to go with my Togo order. She gave me an almost empty bottle with two drops of 57 sauce, when I asked if I could have more she gave me ANOTHER basically empty bottle and refused to go get me a proper side of sauce for my Togo order. She sent me on my way with two basically empty bottles of sauce and acted annoyed for me to even be asking for it. Also order hash browns w cheese and they forgot the cheese.

Too chaotic, there’s a lot of staff but no system of organization to get guest to tables in an effective way. Entitled folks will walk past the line and sit down where they please and staff will shrug their shoulders. The dutch bros trend isn’t helping with congestion. Learn how to cook an egg, hasbrowns, and use a waffle machine and save yourself the time, trouble, and money. Not worth the trashy atmosphere for sub par food and terrible service.
