am deeply disappointed with the treatment I received at this Subway location in Madison. The young white woman with blue eyes was extremely rude and displayed clearly racist behavior.
I am a loyal and frequent Subway customer—I buy my sandwich four to five times a week—and I have never felt so humiliated at any Subway location before. Her treatment was disrespectful and showed no regard for customers. What’s worse is that I’ve seen several negative reviews about her, and now I can confirm they’re true: she never smiles, always looks upset, and her attitude is offensive.
Even worse, she falsely accused me of something I didn’t do. It was completely unfair and out of line. I feel deeply offended and disappointed. Unfortunately, I will never return to this location again.

Order 2 chicken teriyaki with mozzarella cheese and one great garlic. The lady didn’t heat up the sandwiches even though she put them in the toaster, was throwing the veggies on the sandwiches with a bad attitude and way too much sauce. Some pieces of chicken for all 3 sandwiches were uncooked and the lemonade tasted the way mushrooms smell like mold. Disgusting I do not recommend this place. It used to be so good. But not anymore.

Blonde lady very loud and rude, seem annoyed to have customers. Got a grilled chicken sandwich for $9 on menu, the guy taking my order didn’t see that option on computer to ring me up, the blonde boss lady told him to ring up buffalo chicken for $12 saying “it’s the same thing” overcharged and terrible attitudes

Went for lunch today. Sandwich was okay, they definitely put less meat than the regular amount but whatever. However I got a cup of water and rust and a dead bug came out with it from the soda dispenser. Walked back up to the counter and explained what happened. They woman and man behind the counter were very nice and offered me a bottle of water, no charge. However the “manager” stepped in and said just rinse out his cup and get him water from tap. I asked for a new cup, no go. Asked for ice not from the soda machine, no go. Woman and man behind counter just silent. Said okay, and walked out. Could’ve had a repeat customer but just lost my business.
