Wanted to check this place out after seeing other local reviews. I got the chicken flautas and the were really good. The only thing that was a bummer about my meal was that the food came out luke warm. My date got the enchiladas and said they were really good.

La Casa del Colesterol in downtown Lemoore has quickly become one of my favorite spots. In the past week alone, I’ve been there three times — and it’s been absolutely delicious every single time.
My bosses come in from out of town to visit my workplace, and just this week we’ve eaten here twice… and they literally just told me they’ll be back this Friday specifically because they want to eat here again. That says a lot.
The food is amazing. The service can be a little slow, but honestly you can tell it’s because everything is made to order and made with love, and it’s 100% worth the wait. We’ve tried the soup, tacos, and the chimibirrias, and everything has been so flavorful and satisfying. Even the chips and salsa are really good, and they bring you complimentary soup which is such a nice touch.
My favorite part, though, is the customer service. I’m not sure of her name, but there’s a woman there who remembers me by face, and she is so sweet and welcoming — it genuinely makes you want to come back.
If you’re in downtown Lemoore and want a spot that feels homemade, comforting, and consistently delicious, this place is it!

the chips and salsa had no flavor it was basically just straight canned tomato sauce and my plate had a hair in it and when we asked for a new dish it looked as if they just switched the plate and kept the same food. Service was alright but they took a while to bring in the food, most the food was unflavored i don’t really recommend this place. Wasn’t pleased at all!

Went for a Sunday lunch with my family to give this place a chance. There was about 3 other couples and 2 small families there. Upon entering we seated ourselves. The benches are hard to sit on, so we chose the chairs. The waitress took a while to get to us. We did not get chips and salsa right away, we had to ask for it. The salsa was not good and it tasted bland. We ordered a guacamole, it was not chunky or traditional, it was extremely blended and sauce like. The waitress again took forever to take our order. We finally placed our orders and she repeated them twice. We asked for soda, they took forever to bring it. After about 25 mins My husband and I recieved our food and my mother was still waiting for hers. My cheese enchiladas were very cold. The cheese was not melted inside. The rice was also cold. My husband ordered huevos rancheros and the eggs were burnt and potatos were overcooked. Everything was cold. We finished eating and my mother was still waiting for her plate aftee 45 mins. Not once did the waitress check on us. The waitress completely forgot my mother’s plate and took the order again which was a comped/on the house plate. It was considerate, but it was cold. We all had stomache aches after. It was very unfortunate as we wanted to give this place a chance. Their service was horrible, food was horrible. Lack of experience and training. Note: They do not offer whole beans only refried with lard so it’s not health conscious which I guess lives up to its name. I do not think we will be back. We will stick to Reynas.

To the person who said they had a stomach ache: I’m very sorry to hear that. All the food is fresh and made the same day. The guacamole is our house style, and I’m sorry it wasn’t to your liking. Regarding the lard in the beans, it’s actually much healthier than oil. And about the chairs, I wish I could please everyone, but it’s impossible. I appreciate your feedback, but please don’t lie; the service is excellent.

Went Sunday morning for a breakfast. Ordered chilaquiles verde, took about 20 minutes to get the food and the chilaquiles were soggy with no crunch left and barely warm. It was evident they made them way to early compared to the other food on the ticket. Refried beans were gross and more of a bean paste than refried. Won’t be back
