Food was fine just what you expect for McDonalds but the girl who took our order had nasty attitude. Even had the nerve to give googly eyes and flirt with my partner. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this employee and her attitude. Definitely wouldn’t come back here for that alone makes you loose an appetite.

I must start by saying that I thought a lot about writing this review, since I normally avoid badmouthing a place I’ve visited and didn’t like. This time I’ll make an exception, since EVERYTHING was bad. The burger and fries were unsalted and cold, McDonald’s was DIRTY, and the service was very poor and disorganized, which made me wait 25 minutes for my food. This was definitely the first and only time I’ve shopped at the McDonald’s located in the Walmart at Semoran and Lake Howell Rd.

Every single time I have gotten food from here it has been excellent! Even through doordash the food is fresh and hot! The staff are helpful and even assist me with some modifications to my burgers after placing the doordash order.
This specific location has in my opinion the best quality of any other McDonald’s around, despite its smaller size and staff!

This McDonalds is by far the worst in the area. The sorry excuse of a manager was rude, disrespectful, unattentive, and unnecessarily nasty. He accused me of trying to steal my order with a screenshot of a picture, because he didn’t know how to get the numbers to type in the register. My order was sitting behind him the whole time. He walked away, and the cashier who was staring at me with her mouth open, asked me if I already ordered, and then gave me my food. All the while the manger who had a septum piercing (didn’t get his name, but this is a definable feature) disappears. Seriously not worth the trouble. They obviously don’t care and neither should you. Avoid at all costs. Just go to the one a mile down the road.

A cold, lifeless stare from the chashier as they wait for my order; I didn’t even hear them ask what I wanted they just stared at me to let me know they acknowledged my presence.
The burger bun was almost burned, the fries were overcooked and the double quarter pounder wasn’t semi wrapped in greaseproof paper like it is everywhere else.
The food was hot and one guy did say “Have a wonderful day” to me on my way out and those are the only reasons I gave more than 1 star.

I was peacefully enjoying my time in the McDonald’s lobby when, without any prior warning or explanation, a staff member—potentially a manager—abruptly removed my meal from the table and instructed me to vacate the premises. There was absolutely no legitimate justification for her to interfere with my food, and I am both appalled and profoundly unsettled by the manner in which I was treated. I will not be returning to this establishment.

It takes a lot to PISS me off. And I’m a calm person. But stop explaining to people yalls shortcomings and expecting them to care. And then the excuses aren’t even relevant. The lady was in here explaining to a guy her manager dropped his food and that’s why it’s cold. And then giving me a hard time about the fact me ordering mobile is why i didn’t know yall didn’t have lemonade. We are in the day and age you chose to work the job either do the work right or go somewhere else. Which is what I’ll be doing. I don’t even live over here this was a pit stop. And I’m still waiting on my refund since i had to cancel my order. Thanks for making me late to work.
