Ordered earlier for delivery and waited an hour before finally just going to pick up the food ourselves. They were not busy whatsoever and definitely could’ve reached out to us instead of letting it sit on “preparing your order” for an hour in the updates. When we arrived the order was clearly prepared and the workers were way too nonchalant about the entire thing. The food was okay but I did love drinking watered down coke with it since it had sat there for who knows how long. And to top it off, I’m really glad they kept our tip for our delivery driver even though I ended up being my own delivery driver :/ we did ask for tip and delivery refund but only received the delivery fee.

Not the best location. This was the first visit since the big game scandal. There were about 10 kids standing around with one taking orders and one making sandwiches. And they got my order wrong lol. Also, the beach club only had two bites with avacado.  Would reccomend big town hero or fire house subs instead.  However, still much better than subway. Great quality meats but the sandwiches are put together poorly. Its a shame.

Edit:
Went back a second time order was better. But still really stingily on the avocado. I mean its the beach club. It’s literally turkey avocado and provolone. But at this location its turkey provolone with a hint of avocado (I was charged $2 for extra)

called in an order person that took my order was very polite they made my order but its pathetic nobody wants to work they couldnt get my food delivered 2 hrs later finally got my food order was spot on the young man that closed store down ran out of his way going home to bring my food i didnt catch his name but this young man deserves a raise my hats off to him, as for the delivery service they use uber eats their service so bad its not even worth my time to give them a bad review poor poor poor service uber but to the owner, the the young man that closed the store dn at closing time on the 20th and brought my food amoco/sonic on his way home ya better dang sure give him a raise and keep him around because i know uber is not your fault but if not for that young mans service i likely would not be a returning customer !

We come to Jimmy John’s every Wednesday to get my little girl a regular size roast beef,with provolone cheese and mayo for her lunch box for school Thursday.I pay 7.35 every time.
Tonight I order it and the kid says 9.65. I asked him Am I ordering it wrong? I told what order and what I get charged . I ordered the same thing and it’s 7.35 every Wednesday for the last 3 months. He said oh that something different. He says we can only give you Mayo packages. I am like okay but what’s the big deal? I would like for you to put mayo on my sandwich. No only packages. Does it really cost $2.30 extra cents to put Mayo on my sandwich starting Tonight? I usually go at around 3:45pm to 4:00pm. One other time I came later like tonight and the kids there are very rude. Disrespectful. If I want Mayo on my sandwich how are you going to say I can’t.

I use to enjoy eating here, the sandwiches were good, and I love the pickles as a side, but recently this store has dropped the ball.

It all started with me placing an order for delivery on their website, then I got a call about how they didn’t have a driver. I told them to void my order, and I called the JJ corporate customer service line. I was informed that the store should have disabled the delivery option on their website, which is standard procedure. They did not, so they got in contact with the franchise owner for the Greensburg store. He emailed me not long after apologizing, then told me “I’ll place a $20 credit on your phone number, when you call the store, the cashier will see the credit and ask if you want to apply it.” This was great, a sensible, professional response in a timely manner.

However fast forward a week or so to today, I called, they had a driver, so I proceeded to order. Great, right? Well at the end of the order when I asked about the credit, they said that they did not see one. So I emailed the owner politely asking what was up, and he basically said, “I’ll check tomorrow.”

This is unacceptable, I’ve worked food service for 7 years, and general customer service for an additional 7. I know that he can make a phone call to his manager on duty, and tell them to ring the order and send it as compensation for their mistakes. Every manager in a fast food restaurant can do that, it’s standard procedure.

So far I’ve gotten no additional response from him after I told him this.

Honestly guys, it’s a mistake that’s simple to fix. I shouldn’t have to email anyone or play phone tag, the owner just needs to call the store and have them do it.

We used to love ordering from here, but they’ve changed so much. They never have people available for delivery and each time they call you are extremely disrespectful. Before Monday, April 15th we had strictly ordered from the Jimmy John’s app itself and had stopped because the last four orders had been, “We canceled your order because we don’t have a driver.” However, this last time we noticed they were on Doordash and assumed that this meant a Doordash driver would be assigned to the order. Nope. Instead, they called from a personal number and were once again, rude about the situation. The order was canceled, but we never received a refund. Contacted Doordash and they told us to contact Jimmy John’s, but Jimmy John’s has no way to rectify the situation. This establishment is run by such incompetent people and it is not recommended in the slightest.

Why is the lobby often closed during business hours. I’m not just talking about today. On many occasions the lobby is closed with a sign on door stating lobby closed use drive thru. Multiple people inside sooo I’m guessing laziness. Frustrating!

I wasn’t going to put a review but after our 3rd mess up delivery I wanted to write one. It takes over 45 mins to get your “freaky fast delivery” and we’ve had our past 3 experiences with something missing from our order and they never leave straws for drinks. The food is good when you get it but it’s like playing roulette on what you’ll get. This past time I called for our missing food item and they said they would come back but its been 2 hours. We probably won’t order from here again, unfortunately.

This store delivered me the wrong person. Stew when I hadn’t ordered anything. They then came back to pick the food back up to go deliver it to the right person. While admirable this Presents a serious hazard as what if I were not a good person and decided to do something to someone else’s food? Serious lack of judgment by management. I will not be ordering from the store again
