3 out of 4 sandwiches were wrong (missing pickles or lettuce or Jimmy peppers..) and tasted horrible. Delivery driver was awesome and super nice – food was a total letdown. If I could ask for a refund or remake, I would, because normally this location is pretty good. Also had a much longer than usual wait – about 45min to get 4 sandwiches down the street.

I went here and ordered a couple sandwiches. Not impressed. Girl at counter seemed annoyed at my questions ( I did have a lot as I’ve never eaten at Jimmy johns) paid $10 per and it doesn’t even come with cheese. That was extra. Not impressed. Won’t come again.

This became my go to location, but in the last month every order is a horrible disappointment. My previous order I was in the vicinity and returned it, not so lucky this time. I’m single and had (1) tuna sub, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes. No tomatoes. I’m at home so I won’t return the sandwich. Previously, when I returned the sub the woman said,”

Usually don’t have an issue but came in the evening with my 7 year old daughter. Wanted to order a little john size when a girl shouts from the line, “We’re out of those. Only 8 Inchers”. We asked if they could just cut one in half or something since my daughter is just a little girl. She responds, “I can give you half but you still have to pay full price”.
Give us a break. A full size price for a 7 year old girl?

The service is by far the worst service at any jimmy John’s I have ever been t The lady in front with glasses seems like a hard worker but is horrible interacting with customers . You ask her a question and she is short not customer friendly at all. The other girl with dark hair is super nice and the other young kid was very helpful and friendly. I hate to give them a bad rating, but that girl in the front must be the shift lead with the glasses and she’s very short she’s condescending and should not be interacting with customers.. the rating should say it all but when I saw the 3.6 rating Google review. Now I know why the rate at 3.6.. my advice to management is to either train that girl on the front to be customer friendly and not condescending or replace her with the other girl with dark hair. That is very customer friendly because at the end of the day you are serving customers you cannot be short with customers. They got my order wrong but the main thing is the service is horrible. If no one has ever been to Jimmy John’s and they going to that store on skyline Drive I guarantee you they’re gonna have a bad perception of Jimmy John’s in total. I never really take time to give a bad review unless it’s horrible and this experience the food was wrong. The service is horrible and this is the second time I’ve been in there and that girl in the front with glasses with dark hair makes the environment not welcoming . She needs to learn customer friendly or not interact with the public. Will never order from that store again!

I ordered my fave sandwich #11 with extra mayo and instead it came with peppers. I took it back up and they made me a whole new sandwich plus I got to take home the wrong made sandwich. Great service!!!

I ordered $60 of food from the south Ogden store. At 7:00pm . It was 7:45 before I called the store only to be hung up on by an employee.. I had to go to the store to get my food . Oh and ya the GM of the store was delivering the food . But she was out in the parking lot talking to other people. I will never order from this location in my life .
