Ordered two veggie bowls, both were missing tofu along with other toppings. When I called to let them know my order was incorrect I was offered no solution, but was instead told “next time put it in the special instructions”. Tofu is literally included in the bowl on the menu, some of the lowest IQ customer service I’ve ever received. What kind of business doesn’t fix their own mistakes? I’m not even the type to complain but this is extremely unprofessional and the lack of resolution is upsetting. Will not be coming back.

I usually love this place, but they completely messed up my entire order. I ordered take out via DoorDash. Ordered a veggie bowl and there was no tofu on it. Tofu is LITERALLY the staple of the veggie bowl.. Sauce was sooo spicy and I asked for not spicy sauce. Ordered a Thai tea and they gave me Matcha tea… Not one to leave a bad review, but what on earth lol. I read some other reviews and saw some similar experiences.

Where to begin, this place has the best poki I have tried in a very long time! Completely impressive with the large pieces of seared tuna and the regular crab was seasoned delicious. The sauces taste sooooo good and even the mango milk tea was amazing. Absolutely recommend this place and will definitely come back soon. Thank you for the yummy food.

Had their boba drinks twice. Both the mango and matcha are good however the boba they are super small and it’s like chewing on rubber tires. I probably will skip that next time. As for the bowls I have not tried them.

this place is great, amazing poke, everything’s always fresh, but they never listen to the spice amounts correctly. i’ll ask for the tiniest amount of spice humanly possible and i end up dry heaving after three bites. not sure if it’s because of the language barrier but this has happened to me three times

I ordered from Uber eats and when I received my mail my food was dark and dingy did not taste good at all and I asked for sauce on the side and it came with no sauce this is the 1st time I ate here and I will never come back again
