Another great meal at Chipotle. I ordered the Barbacoa beef… it was close to closing, and there was a little more than a serving… the server said, this is it for the night, do you mind if I put the rest in your bowl…. heck yeah, thank you sir. And the cashier helped me understand the rewards better, and how to get to it so I can scan and get points too. Great team at this location! Chips n salsa a must. If you like guacamole, I’ve never heard anyone complain about Chipotle’s guacamole. Thank you again Chipotle.

ALWAYS The. Same. Issue.
If I go in the store and ask for extra, I receive an awful look at me and then the smallest portion in my bowl. I AM PAYING FOR EXTRA.. I should get what I am paying for.
Then if I place an online order AND PAY FOR EXTRA as well… this is what I get every time. Doesn’t matter the day. Doesn’t matter if I dine in or not… portions are always so small even if I am paying for it. ://

The food was great! The staff was awesome!! The entire place smelled sooo good from the food. My kiddo & I enjoyed a late lunch. They got a bowl, I got soft tacos & everything was delicious! Can’t wait to go there for lunch again when they have another braces appointment since we don’t have Chipotle in our town.

The rudest Chipotle in all the states I’ve ever visited/lived. I ordered ahead and was waiting patiently. They said they did not get my order ticket printed off. I had the confirmation code and email to show I paid for my order (from their location), even logged into my bank account to prove the money was withdrawn. Starbucks (and every other chain we visit) would kindly make the order off my receipt but Chipotle (this Chipotle) was plain rude. He said he was too busy and I should contact support. You think anyone in support is working after 7PM on a Friday night??? Nope. Chipotle just stole from me. Sent me without food I paid for. Do better. Lack of owernership and just plain decency.

Im very disappointed with the leadership at this specific location. I walked in at 7:09pm, I ordered a side of guacamole with my order. The employee taking my order asked the girl next to her if she can pull out more guac, as she was scrapping the last bit left. She was told that she was not allowed to replenish the guacamole and to just tell people they were out and not sell no more. I asked if I was going to be charged for the full amount, considering that they were scraping for what they could to fill my cup. The young man next to them said, “don’t worry next time you’ll get your full portion.” I was perplexed by his response. As I walked away, he started to mock me, I walked back and asked to speak to the manager, and he identified himself as Cameron the manager. I addressed his poor leadership in repsonse to his sarcastic eye rolls and remark, he continued to mock, yell and speak disrespectfully. This is not how you treat your customers. As I decided to just walk away completely he continued to be disrespectful. He told me to scram and get out, that I was not invited anymore. Along with some other words that I will not repeat here. At this point I was never being rude about anything. But simply asked a question about the charge considering that they were being skimpy with the guacamole and refused to put out any more. This location says that they close at 10pm. It was 7:09, I don’t understand why they wouldn’t put out another tray of guacamole for the customers coming in after me. It seems that they just did not want to either make it, or I really don’t understand what the point was behind this. It’s very disappointing, but will not be coming back to this location. And from what I am reading from past reviews I am not the first and nor will I be the last. I don’t want to see anyone lose their jobs. But it is obvious customer sevice training is lacking, especially if that’s the way that I was treated by the manager.

Stay Away — Extremely Rude Staff
I had a very unpleasant experience here last night around 9:45 PM, just 15 minutes before closing. I stopped by while charging my Tesla at the nearby Supercharger, hoping to grab a quick chicken bowl. Unfortunately, most items were already unavailable—the only options left were rice, one type of bean, chicken, and corn.
When the server started preparing my bowl, he hurriedly grabbed a few small chunks of chicken—not even a proper scoop. Since there were no other toppings available, I politely asked if he could add a full scoop of chicken instead. The server appeared visibly frustrated and responded rudely, yelling that if he gave more chicken, he would charge extra. In a rushed and aggressive manner, he then added another scoop.
The final bowl contained two scoops of rice, one scoop of beans, two scoops of chicken, and a little corn on top. When I reached the billing counter, he charged me $18. I was shocked—especially given the limited options, portion size, and the fact that it was close to closing time. The food wasn’t worth even $10.
When I questioned the price, the server started yelling, saying, “Yo, I gave you 3–4 scoops of chicken. It’s $18. Take it or leave it.” When I calmly said the food was not worth $18, he threw the bowl into the trash in front of me. His behavior was aggressive and intimidating—I genuinely felt uncomfortable, as if he might have been intoxicated or completely out of control. As I left, he continued cursing in the background.
I strongly urge the manager or owner of this restaurant to review the security footage from 9:45 PM on 1/2/26 and take appropriate action against the server working at that time. This level of disrespect and hostility toward customers is completely unacceptable.

Things used to be decent here. At this point, everyone is used to getting a few nasty pieces of meat whether you get chicken or steak. Unfortunately, two visits ago, my chicken had sharp pieces of bone. Not cartilage, bone. So I said fine, I’ll get a veggie bowl next time to mitigate variables. Well, last visit I got a veggie bowl and the fajitas had so much disgusting char in them that I spent half my time eating picking it out of the bowl. Just a warning to anybody planning to keep their appetite through a whole meal, this isn’t the place. It’s genuinely concerning that employees who work with food can’t consider if they would be willing to eat what they are serving.

This location is a shame. I don’t have crazy or unrealistic expectations, but I do expect common sense. Every single time I get a carry out order, my burrito is an absolute mess and almost impossible to eat. If I am paying close to $20 for a damn burrito, it should be a burrito, not a disaster wrapped in foil. I guess I haven’t learned my lesson with carryout with this Chipotle. I really do love Chipotle and have had so many great experiences, but this one ain’t it. Chips are 50% stale every single time as well. Staff is 50% great 50% shit, depends on the shift. There are many little things that are subpar, but i don’t expect perfection, I will deal with those little things and still come back and enjoy the stuff that isn’t bad. But cmon man… serve a burrito as it should be. Not a pile of slop for $20. My order is so simple, no excuse of why it should be a mess. Chicken, rice, queso, pico, hot salsa, and guac.. that’s it. No double meat or extra rice or anything. Find some staff that gives a damn please. It will go a long way.
I work 2 minutes from this location and eat it often during the day shift. I rarely have any issues. It’s always when I pick some up after the gym in the evening. Every. Single. Time.

I ordered my food to be picked up at the window at 6:20 when I pulled up and asked my order wasn’t there the girl went and checked and I found out that since i had ordered ONCE to a different Chipotle it had sent it to the other one which I know it isn’t their fault I asked politely if there was any way we could switch it to this location and I told her it wouldn’t let me cancel my order and she was very rude and unprofessional and says in a rude tone just go over there to pick it up. Wow.. okay no sympathy and saying I am so sorry unfortunately we can’t do that and you will have to go over there to get your order nothing like that? Please do better and have people who are sympathetic because you never know what someone is going through.

I used to enjoy the food until today. Steak was nothing but fat grissel . Had to spit out. So sad. I did call manger. They said they have no control over what is delivered to them to serve us. They said I could come get another bowl. No thanks. If you don’t know what your are serving your customers then you need to shut down your business. Yes they offer new food. Why would I go back for same stuff I was just served.
