Went in for lunch for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised after previously reading reviews that spoke of how expensive it is. It is not.
Taylor was the server and is very very good!
Noted on the menu that there are approximately 10 choices that are under $10, clearly VERY affordable in this day and age!
* Food, excellent quality!
* Service, exceptionally good!
* Cleanliness, superb!
* Atmosphere, surprisingly good with a really nice nautical theme with a bit of pirate thrown in there!
* Portions, excellent!
* Location right in downtown Cocoa Village is extremely handy and nice.
I had the lobster roll with real butter drizzled on the ample lobster meat!
Came with delicious fries and exquisite lobster bisque, which was literally the best I’ve ever had in my 64 years!
Added bonus for good clientele.
10 out of 10!

The lobster is delicious. Lobster is expensive so the whole lobster menu looks expensive, but for lobster it is fairly priced here. And did I say it was delicious. I had the Connecticut which is warm with butter on a hot dog roll. I was just in Maine where the lobster comes right out of the water, and here it tastes just as good and costs the same, and you didn’t have to go to Maine. I will come back to try the cold lobster options with mayo, they have all the new England options. The beers were cold and a nice selection on tap. The fries were excellent, looked hand cut, but maybe not, still crispy and delicious. Cold slaw tasted made fresh, I would recommend. Beans on the side seemed from a can but I wouldn’t complain, just a side and what can you do special with baked beans. Atmosphere is nice, good place to Hong out. Staff are very nice. It is in a tough location, there are 5 parking spots right out front, after that you have to park at the bank or walk a couple of blocks; this is the standard for cocoa village so nothing surprising. I hope this place makes it, so please support, you won’t be disappointed with the food and service.

We stopped at this restaurant for lunch and it was pretty good. The lobster was delicious—fresh and flavorful. The seating was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxed. A nice spot for a quick, tasty meal.

Was craving a lobster roll and got the FL Hot honey lobster roll! It was very delicious- I wish it was a bit bigger for the price but I understand that lobster is pricey! Nice atmosphere and service! Check them out.

My husband and I visited this lovely place today. We ordered: crab cake; fried avocado with ahi tuna; drinks. This place has the most amazing crab cake! Best crab cake we ever ate! (Me and my husband don’t like onions, peppers). This crab cake is tender, delicate flavor of crab cake for real gourmets! (No onions, no peppers). Absolutely best crab cake
Oysters were also fresh and tender. Wonderful place. Oysters, avocado with tuna, crab cake, drinks were delicious. The staff, bartender is great, friendly. Great, relaxing atmosphere.
We’ll definitely come back. Thank you guys!

We had lunch at the new Mystic Lobster Roll Company in Cocoa Village yesterday. The owner Phil himself was tending the bar and claimed to have “the best Maryland crab cakes” around.. We were skeptical, but we did order a crab cake sandwich and it was 100% THE BEST CRABCAKE we’ve had in a very long time! At $19.95 it was worth every penny – it was LOADED with JUMBO LUMP CRAB MEAT! We can’t wait to return! They have some awesome Happy Hour specials between 3-7pm, full liquor bar and the food was awesome! We also had the Mystic lobster bisque and fried Maine lobster tail pops, but we ate them before I got to take pictures! We finished with Gorilla Milk Cocktail! Highly recommend checking them out!

Crab cake was delicious. Lobster roll was okay. All we could taste was butter. Service was very slow. 20 minutes to get drinks after they were ordered. I hope they get better. Nice love the variety we have in Cocoa Village. This could add to it nicely.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Don’t waste your money! Food was poor, service was poor and the seating/environment was poor.

I really wanted to love this place. I was really looking forward to trying it, but after dining there, I decided that I don’t even like it and won’t be returning. First, it took about 15 minutes of driving around before we finally found a parking space, so we had to walk about 3 blocks to get there. Not easy when there’s a disabled person in your party who has difficulty standing/walking, and you have a long street light you have to wait for before crossing a major thoroughfare. Once we arrived, we were barely greeted and were told to sit wherever we wanted. The table we chose was so lopsided that we had to shove stacks of napkins under 3 of the legs to keep the tabletop from moving. We were given menus that were just pieces of paper that were super wrinkled, torn in multiple places, and half soaked in water. They literally looked like they had been fished out of the trash! We ordered lobster rolls and a few drinks. The $12 cocktails were served in small 6oz stemless martini glasses. The Mystic-Tini was a pomegranate vodka drink that was okay, but barely sweet, very watered down and it had no taste of alcohol. The Espresso Martini was only filled about 3/4 of the way, and again I tasted no alcohol. The only thing I tasted was a super sweet, syrupy coffee, with no hint of kahlua.
I only had a few small sips. Really gross. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed in the lobster rolls too. They were served on open faced hot dog buns, along with some fries, a couple tablespoons of tasty coleslaw and a couple tablespoons of sticky, tasteless baked beans that were super thick and DRY. The lobster was chunky, but OH SO DRY and simply tasteless!! It didn’t even look that appetizing. Not even a hint of salt or even the flavor of fresh lobster. We considered sending them back, but didn’t. Then to top things off, when we were finished and ready to leave, we couldn’t get the attention of our server and it took about 15 minutes to finally get the check. We were given a credit card receipt to sign that didn’t have the option to tip, so we tipped in cash. From start to finish, there was really nothing positive to say about the whole experience. Total waste of $100.00. Utterly disappointing. :-/

I didn’t care for the lobster rolls, very small serving at a pretty expensive price point and I could barely taste the lobster as it was smothered with a bunch of other ingredients. I’m glad I tried this restaurant because lobster rolls is kind of a specialty food that you don’t often see in many places. On the other hand I would not return here. The food was mediocre at best outside of the lobster bisque which was actually pretty good. The service was decent but the waitress seemed inexperienced and had trouble keeping track of multiple orders at the same time. The atmosphere was outstanding, I love the nautical theme!!
