If I could leave 0 stars I would. I can’t believe they actually delivered a pizza like this. LOOK at how thin it is- you can even see the pizza box through the pizza! I ordered hand tossed and had really been looking forward to eating this. As you can imagine, it didn’t taste especially good either. My roommate ordered a cheese pizza. It took +1 hour to get delivered. -my house is like 4 mins away btw- ended up delivery person smashed the box and ruined the whole pizza. I’ve never seen anything this ridiculous before. Worst service!

Yesterday i ordered 3 pizzas, and surprisingly it was pretty fast.
The dude who was making the pizzas didn’t lie about being it made in 10-15 minutes. Pretty quick pizza making service, and i loved my pepperoni pizza later at home.
Overall, will recommend, and i will be visiting again

Ordered on the app, had wife picked it up only to find out that the pizza is wrong. Called them and said sorry offered to remake pizza but no delivery? Guess no more business from me.

I ordered carryout last night on 4/24. The amazing lady making my order was an incredible employee. She was everything that dominos would have wanted their employees to be and stand for. She helped us so much, with great advice for orders as well as letting us know there was a discount available for us during the carryout special. I was really appreciative of that and it honestly made my night, thanks so much! I’ll definitely be back. Much appreciated

Do not order delivery unless you want to be harassed about a tip, even if you already gave them a tip. We ordered $20 worth of food and added an additional $6 tip with a note asking the driver to drop off the food and not ring the doorbell or anything because our dog is not a fan of other people. Easy enough, right? Nah. Our driver, Carlos, dropped off the food right as my brother was pulling in the driveway, and before getting in his car to leave, he felt the need to go bang on my brothers window and tell him to call me and ask if I’m going to tip in cash or on my card (I had already tipped when placing the order). My brother was very surprised by this so he just told the driver he didn’t have my number. So the driver got in his car and proceeded to spam call me off his phone, while my dog is going crazy, because again, HE DOES NOT LIKE STRANGERS. He calls off the dominos number 4 times and then calls off his personal number too. So I finally answer to get him to go away. And the first thing he says is “How are you planning on tipping me?”. We called the store after this and asked to speak to the manager. Jair told us he was the manager, so we explained the situation, to which he was very dismissive and made excuses for the driver like, “he was just trying to notify you that the order had arrived.” Even though we already got text and email alerts telling us it had arrived. And that “he just needed to know how we were going to tip so he could close out the order.” This obviously did not resolve anything and he could tell we weren’t happy with his responses, so he goes “I don’t know what you want me to do.” Train your employees and managers that harassing people for money is not normal behavior.

There is no doubt the pizza is good . But my kid was not allowed to use washroom as it was indicated it was only for employees. Isn’t it required before eating we have to wash our hands . As we were planning to dine in .. so definitely never ever going to recommend for dine in as of employee’s rude behavior. Apart of it, she recommended us to go to next shop to use washroom.

They’re charging too much for the little toppings they’re putting on. I ordered frequently, now after a year and some change of continuous ordering( cheap price for cheap pizza, why not?) they’re charging extra for different pizza sauces, and if you order extra toppings, you won’t tell the difference from that and a regular pizza. The national coupon deals are no longer worth it, for such a cheap pizza they charge way too much even with coupons. With their national coupon deal of $6.99, two medium two topping pizzas are now over $33 not including tip, and that’s just using a different sauce. It’s not worth it anymore.

On 2nd of October I was supposed to get a curbside pick for my order.Waited for more than 15mins with the hazard lights on, I thought may be they are just too busy. Then just walked in and they didn’t even bother to apologize. Reached out to customer care about the incident and even they don’t care. I have faced the similar situation on July 30th, similar curbside pick where in you inform them through app that you are there and yet they made it a point to keep you waiting and try your patience. Disgusting service……….
