We try to make a reservation at Blue Lake Bistro at least twice a month. It doesn’t have to be a special occasion, it can be anytime to have a great, relaxing meal, especially by the warm and comforting fireplace in the Winter. During the warmer months, we enjoy sitting out on the deck overlooking the grounds while listening to music. Our favorite server is Heather. Every restaurant should be so lucky to have a Heather! I also host quilting retreats at Snowflake Lodge throughout the year. Rob, Chef Zach, Rocky, Alex, Vernon, and the entire maintenance staff are key for making my retreats so successful. We’ve eaten here a few times and they even hosted our wedding! The BLS know how to make an amazing meal. It’s Arnold’s little hidden gem and deserves the praise for how great the team does with dinner service. The menu is a rotating menu based on what’s seasonal and how creative the chefs were feeling that month. (it’s ALWAYS tasty, ask the waitstaff) BLS bistro is unique in that they can’t serve alcohol, but they do allow you to BYOB and drinks are self service. Also save room for dessert but it’s also delicious

We were turned away saying they cannot serve 6 adults and 4 kids. This was 2 hours before the closing time and hardly any table were occupied. If you cannot serve then close the place for the day.
