Hands down the best Vietnamese cuisine I’ve had in the past year. Viet holic is still new. They’ve only been open about six months, and it already feels like a must stop spot.
It’s in a location you’ll almost pass if you’re not looking for it. Right at Powhite Parkway, next to the Holiday Inn Express. Once you’re inside, the vibe completely changes. Clean, modern, and genuinely up to date without trying too hard.
The broth was incredibly flavorful. Deep, rich, and clearly made with care. I ordered the pho round and brisket, plus the pork dumplings and pork spring rolls. Everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. My wife got the chicken fried rice, and it was just as solid. Well seasoned and satisfying.
What really elevated the experience was the hospitality. The owner and his wife, who is the chef, were warm, attentive, and genuinely proud of what they’re serving. You can feel the heart behind the food. Our server, Jenna, was warm, polite, and incredibly enthusiastic about working there. She shared her personal favorites, which made the experience feel welcoming and authentic.
Overall, Viet holic isn’t just a great meal. It’s a full experience. I will definitely be back. Bravo.

I just ordered Takeaway and it was ready upon arrival. Be careful using any of the apps listed to order the food because they will charge a lot more. If you’re doing pick up then calling the restaurant directly we only tried two dishes, but they were good and good portion sizes on the pho. We wish there was more more herbs included in the Takeaway order, but we enjoyed the taste when you do take away. There’s only one size choice on the soup.

First time having pho. My husband and I wanted to try a different spot and we found this gem. It was so nice on the inside, clean. The waiter was really nice when we felt cold they even turned the heat up. Drinks was great. Oxtail and brisket pho. Fried chicken wings, combination fried rice and 3 meat pho is what we ordered! All of it amazing! When packing up our food the waiter suggested a way to do it do it would still have the same restaurant taste at home. We will definitely be going back.

I visited this restaurant with my mom, and we both really enjoyed it. The place is very clean and cozy, with relaxing music that creates a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our waitress was especially sweet and polite. We ordered Pho 15 and Pho 19 (medium size) both were fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions that felt bigger than expected. I also tried Thai tea, which was perfectly balanced in sweetness, while my mom had lychee tea. There was a small mix-up with her order at first which we didn’t notice and didn’t mind to keep as it is, but the waitress immediately apologized and later brought the correct drink free of charge as an apology, which made us feel very appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience with delicious food and excellent service, and we’ll definitely come back again. Thank y’all!!

An easy 5 stars all around. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. It was also very clean! Those were the first two things that caught my attention upon walking in. My fiancé & I were instantly greeted & seated. Our server did not disappoint at all. He was very kind, very helpful, prompt & was on top of everything. Our food came out pretty quickly, everything was delicious. We ordered pho, the spring roll combo, pork dumplings, & taro milk tea boba. My fiancé & I already agreed we’d be back. There’s so much more on the menu that looks so good that we want to try.

The first time I ate here was 2 weeks ago and it was really good food, this time, me, my husband, and my eldest son ate in the restaurant. My son had the spicy beef pho, and egg rolls, my husband had the grilled pork chop # 27 on the menu, I had the piping hot stone bowl, we had chicken wing, pork spring t egg rollls and the char su bah mi. And a boba to go l. We all enjoyed our food and plan to go back really soon, I forgot to take pictures before we all started eating, but I have a few.

Solid Vietnamese food. Everything tasted amazing. From the spring rolls and the divine peanut sauce to the Brisket Pho and chicken & egg roll Vermicelli bowls. also their drinks were on point . try the green ocean and the strawberry pineapple smoothie. My only issue was that the entrees didn’t come out at the same time would definitely return! Thanks for a good experience

I’ve tasted many of the Pho spots in the greater Richmond area and I’d list this place on my top 3 list.
We’ve had 2 pho, number 17 and 18 (eye round steak brisket and eye round steak)
I’d recommend this spot. Staff were friendly, smiling and fast. Food tasted good, on point aroma and what I’d want from an eye round steak brisket pho.
Give them a shot.

So far I’ve tried Viet Holic 2 times. My first time I ordered takeout, the second time I had dinner with a few friends. Overall everything was pretty good, I did notice less meat in my bowl during my second visit but we arrived around 6:30 so maybe they were running low due to the 8pm close time. I’m a self proclaimed Pho lover, I’ve tried every Vietnamese establishment in the area and I’d say this one may be one of my new favorites. If you’re in the area, give them a try.
On a side note they did a lot of improvements to the restaurant because the place that was here previously was a real dump that smelled like mildew and sewer water. I’ll definitely be back!
