Close to the hotel, ordered the Bun Bo Hue and I’ve had a lot of BBH in the lower mainland and I was quite surprised that while visiting the coast I had found this hidden gem. Food came out piping hot, broth was flavourful and had depth, large servings and quick service. Definitely give Le Pho a visit if you’re on the coast!

The menu offered a fantastic variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, but I couldn’t resist trying their pho. I opted for the classic beef pho, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced with tender slices of beef and fresh herbs. The portions were generous, and every bite was a delightful blend of textures and tastes.
What truly stood out to me was the quality of the ingredients. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the crisp bean sprouts to the aromatic basil leaves. It was clear that a lot of care and attention goes into preparing each dish.
I also tried their spring rolls, which were light and crispy, paired with a delicious dipping sauce that added just the right amount of tangy sweetness. To round off the meal, I had a refreshing iced Vietnamese coffee that was the perfect blend of strong coffee and sweet condensed milk.
Overall, Gibsons Pho Le exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a must-visit. I will definitely be returning soon and recommending it to all my friends.

Picked up the veggie pho with tofu & veggie broth and it was outstanding. It was ready right when we came to pick it up and SO GOOD we couldn’t believe it was so inexpensive (relative to Vancouver prices). Super flavorful with tons of vegetables and a large portion overall; my partner and I split the single order and were full. We were having such a rough afternoon and this pho healed us. Truly can’t wait to go back!

This is my new favourite restaurant! My husband and I each ordered a bowl of beef pho and some spring rolls for takeout. The portions are huge, the broth is incredibly flavourful and the spring rolls are crispy and fried to perfection. I will be recommending it to everybody I know! 10/10! Best meal I’ve had in a long time!

I love the rare beef pho. The broth is sweet and aromatic and perfectly balanced. And I also really like the chicken curry with rice noodles it is quite strong, so I like having it in the winter or on cold days. I think $20 per bowl is fairly reasonable as i usually have leftovers or I share and it is more than enough for me. Lots of kid friendly options. Sure the location isn’t ideal but the food is so good i don’t care.
