Lovely dinner! Dianne was super helpful setting this date night up for us, and Jaimie was an awesome host/waitress and made our night!
Portions are HUGE! And food was really good (especially the Penne). Atmosphere was pleasant and spacious.

Service was great, staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Food was also presented well, but it really just wasn’t good. Hummus wasn’t really edible, chicken Tikka pizza wasn’t chicken Tikka nor good the wings were the exception and quite good. Won’t be back here for food even if staying in the hotel . No idea how 4.4 rating

As per other reviews, one of the highlights of this restaurant serving into the slightly later dinner time for the evening was the server, Jaime. She was fantastic and added significantly to the quality of the experience – her recommendations helped us navigate the menu to end up with foods we enjoyed. She was generous, funny, and attentive. The fireplace kept us cozy in a fairly open seating area that could easily have been cold. The food is not the most high brow fare, but it is satisfying, and with Jaime’s help, you’ll likely end up with just what you’ll enjoy. The creamy brie on the turkey sandwich was tasty. Burgers will pleasant and filling. Crispy brussel sprouts were a good start. All for a pleasant evening after a show.

I’m a member of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, so I’ve stayed at the hotel several times and go to Brown’s Stockyard Exchange frequently when I’m in town. The food is good. The atmosphere is chill and it’s a great place to hang out and have drinks. The bartender, Jaimie is great. She is personable, knows how to make drinks that are well balanced and takes great care of her customers. She’s a keeper!

We stayed in the Marriot for almost a week and enjoyed our breakfasts at Brown’s every morning! The food always tasted fresh and the options for breakfast ranged from the classic eggs and bacon to delicious breakfast tacos! I highly recommend breakfast there!
The staff was always very friendly though sometimes they would be out of sight for long periods of time.
We only had dinner here a couple times but enjoyed the freshness of the salads and the flavours!

This place was delicious! So glad we popped in when we stayed at the hotel! You can’t assume the hotel food is yummy but this place was a win. And the service was super quick (which was a surprise since the place was busy) and the staff was really nice too! 10/10 can’t wait to come back

Was shopping over in RTC and came across this hidden gem of a place! The staff was super friendly and the food hit the spot.
