I went and got a large angel food smoothie and it was a great smoothie usually when you get them bigger they are a little watery and lack flavor but this location has great smoothies I enjoyed every sip smoothie kings in Hammond must be on xgames mode

I placed an online order at Smoothie King (Store #1292). The toast I received was a little heavy on the honey, so I called the store to let them know. The two ladies I spoke with were so kind and immediately apologized, inviting me to come back so they could remake my order. Their customer service was absolutely amazing—they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!

can’t follow simple instructions. I always ask for SWEET strawberries and they ALWAYS give me unsweetened then get mad and look at me like i’m stupid when i drive around and tell them its unsweetened. don’t recommend and i say sweet strawberries MULTIPLE times.

Everything takes forever to come out and be ready asking for extra stuff is apparently un doable because I never seem to get anything how I want even when I ask at this location I’m done going to this location the boy and the girl working today around 10:20 I was there I told the young man I wanted extra hazzle nut drizzle and he told me it already had extra drizzle but Ik how it’s suppose to look and he never gave me my extra drizzle both twice I came back to ask yesterday and today I’ll add picture so you can see the differences of extra and whatever I got. And I also gave them a good tip for what I got.

Everything was done to perfection, that ranging from the place being absolutely up to the most clean it could be, all the way to the most respectful workers. The smoothie I ordered was absolutely amazing, and seemed as if it had time taken on it, while maintaining a quick time on the clock making sure I get my order as soon as possible. Kudos to every worker that worked the day I went, especially to the great server “Seth”, who gave his absolute most in order to make sure I felt comfortable and full with a delicious smoothie.
