We Ordered take out for our family and one of our potato’s was super overcooked and burnt, which wasn’t a huge deal but I called so they could fix the mistake and was told “ yeah we can fix it for you but we close in like 15 minutes”
They did remake the potato and told me I could pick it up. When I came into the store to pick up my potato I brought in the burnt one to show that it was burnt and the front desk cashier was rude and said “ no we are fine” saying they did not need to see their mistake and would not look at it. The manager also did not care to see it either. To me there is a lack of care for their food quality and for their customers. Would not recommend this place. Take your money elsewhere and get better quality food and service

From the cleanliness, service & quality of food – this was a A+ fast food dining experience. Cashier & lady bringing out the orders were very nice & polite.
The restaurant was very clean – counters, tables, floors & restrooms.
The quality of the salad & sandwich as well as the brócoli soup was very very good.
Glad to stop by here again.

Stopped in for lunch today for the first time. Food was really good. Got the Pick 2: Broccoli Soup & New Yorker Sandwich.
Ms Faye took my order and she was polite, friendly, & professional. Was great to have such a warm welcome on my first visit.

We showed up on a Saturday at noon and the line to order was really long. They still got us through fairly quickly and the food tasted really good. I ordered the New Yorker which was juicy and hot. The Mac and cheese was tasty as well. I couldn’t find napkins (we were seated outside) and I asked one of the workers and she brought napkins, salt, pepper, and a tiny table-top trashcan to our table! I would come again.

Great food for a great price! the Mac n cheese was amazing. I mixed it with some of the steamed broccoli and it was delicious. I also really love and appreciate the broccoli isn’t steamed to mush and isn’t salty all. It’s very fresh and very yummy! I would eat here all the time if I were local

Very nice atmosphere. You order at the counter and then they’ll bring you your food. I had a half Italian Sandwich with Country Potato Soup. Also, tried their Mac and Cheese. I enjoyed my Sandwich. I had it without Cheese and Olives. Also, I wanted just banana peppers (what I thought was on the sandwich ). It turned out it’s a trio of peppers (red, green and yellow peppers) not banana peppers. Before I understood that, the manager came over to let me know the peppers come already mixed together and wanted to know If it was an allergy issue (which it was not) because they’d pick out the yellow. I told them not to worry about it just to leave them off all together but she said they would. I thought that was really nice. The sandwich was very yummy. The soup was good and cheesy. The mac and cheese was good though the noodles a bit mushy. The woman at the counter who took our order wasn’t the friendliest; however, she was about to take a break or clock out and obviously very ready. She got the order wrong. Charged us for two large sodas when we got one small. And stated we ordered two mac and cheese when we ordered one. She took one mac and cheese off but when we got our meal found out we didn’t get any. The manager gave us the mac & cheese. We figured it evened out since we paid for the 2 large drinks. So, all and all good food. Would go again. Though kinda pricey.

Best reuben ever. Plenty of meat, the bread was warm, soft, and tasty. The broccoli cheddar soup was very cheesy and delicious. Excellent iced tea. I’ll be back.

I really enjoyed this way cool new restaurant in Crossville this evening! They have not only super yummy food, but it’s absolutely beautiful! Feeds the eye as well as the pallet and the belly!! I can’t wait to go back! They got taters!!! Soups, salads, sandwiches!!! Soooo good
