Love all locations except Bloomfield Avenue- very small no tables just bar style seating and people just pack in making it feel even smaller. The Paterson location needs to work on their food flavoring. Overall I love this chain. Pretty much same consistent taste, value and quality. My son won’t eat any other tacos except here and my own. We do dine-in, take out or delivery depending upon the day. ❤️

I order from here pretty regularly and today was an absolute disaster worse than any previous experience. We placed an order for a family birthday dinner. The staff forgot the drink which we caught when we left. We get home and realize an order is missing… we call and are asked if we want to drive all the way back or “save it for next time” no idea what that means. We end up driving all the way back to get the order (a stupid order of the churro bites)… welp… stupid me did not look in the bag, no Nutella dip… after all this I’m just not going back. I spent more time driving in circles and on the phone trying to straighten out the order than with my family / sister for her birthday. Staff genuinely seemed to not even care or show any kind of embarrassment from having multiple sequential issues on a single online order.
The food is typically very good with limited exceptions, the customer service and or order packing is brutal. Really ruined a night, would have given up had both the horchata and churros were not for the birthday girl I would have just given up. The lack of care with our order completion was something that I don’t think I’m going to “get over” as far as being willing to order again.

The tacos was o and k. The meat was a bit dry. The sauces that it came with was good. The fajita burrito tasted better than the tacos and price wise it was okay. What I didn’t like in addition to the dry meat was her laughing at me because I pronounced a menu item incorrectly and then when I signed for my card but declined to leave a tip she had an attitude. Would I return? Perhaps a different location.

I order here all the time when I have larger gatherings, but I was disappointed this time. I ordered a tray of cheese Flautas and have always received the spicy pink sauce in the 8oz container, but this time I got the sauce in one 2oz container. Which does not make sense at all.

What I would expect from this place. Everything was flavorful and delivery was prompt. My daughters, who are picky, were absolute fans! We are talking about a burrito, tacos, and two alambres.
I’ve ordered from Bloomfield Ave before and I will say, the spot on W. Passaic Ave is much better.

I like the food but i would’n come back to this location. They suposed to close at 10 pm. But they did not allowed us to dine in at 9:15 because they said they are going to begin to clean. Seriously??? 45 mins early….

I got a “tostada” I really regret coming here once again, such a mess!!! Extremely salty, pico de gallo was disgusting. I was supposed to get some guacamole on top and whoever did this just throw a couple of avocado slices. Terrible I’ll never order from this place ever again.

Always order from this place and get tostadas with everything on it , first time I order it with out jalapeños and the made we wait 30 min for a plain tostadas with just steak and onions when I called back to complain they said the week prior they just stopped putting avacados slices and other topping smh what a scam for 33$…would never go here again
