Listen, every other chipotle in the world is generous; why aren’t you? The guy who was making my chicken burrito literally got a cup out to measure 2 ounces of chicken. A burrito from any other Chipotle is essentially two meals for someone like me, usually lunch and dinner. The burrito I got was so meticulously measured, that the fi al product was about 1/3 of the usual size. This in turn made the second half of the burrito all tortilla, nearly an inch thick with no filling mix to add anything. It was horrible. If you can’t hack it and are trying to shave cents by cutting back on cheap ingredients (rice, beans, chicken,) then you shouldn’t be open. Thats your sign. Judging by the other reviews here regarding service, it seems that you sold your profit margins with sorry staffing, and those that choose your location now are completed ripped off on pricing; after all, the burrito I got wasn’t 1/3 of the price! Normally, I don’t leave reviews, this is my first, but given how hard it is for everyone and how hard we all try to stretch our own dollar, I will be actively urging locals to Madison to completely avoid your location, it is pitiful. That being said, I won’t have to work hard, as the place was empty at 12:30 PM for lunch, so you may have done the heavy lifting yourself. Laughable.

My daughter and I went in for lunch on the way to softball practice nice gentleman making are bowls was awesome! He scooped some rice in my daughter’s bowl and said hold up! He pulled a clean fork out and tasted the rice and said I can’t serve that and toasted the whole pot! Quality control!!

This is quite literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude and careless, plus they give the worst portion sizes. I ordered the chicken bowl and she barely gave me a full scoop. The chipotle restaurants in Athens are amazing, but I will NEVER be back here.

Chicken was dry, service was terrible and restaurant was dirty. The sad part about this and all Chipotles that I have to is that lately they have declined in service and food quality. I’ve been eating at Chipotle since 2005 and have noticed a decline in this chain restaurant. A negative pattern has been established!

We had lunch after church today and it was delicious! I love all the toppings on my bowl so needless to say it was at the overflow point:) I was able to get two meals out of it. The food was fresh and delicious! Every server greeted us with a smile and and kind words. We will definitely be back.

Don’t like to leave bad reviews on establishments, understand people have bad days but the service & prep of the food is not good this Friday at lunchtime 9/12 the employees seem like they don’t wanna be there. I would highly suggest the owner of this chipotle to evaluate the individuals you have working here.

The chicken and the guacamole was good. However my son told the lady fixing his bowl he didn’t want black beans. She put black beans on his bowl anyway. We ordered five drinks, but the drink machine in the lobby wasn’t working. No one offered for us to get drinks or ice from the drive through machine. I finally asked for some ice please, and they obliged. However, the young girl seemed bothered by the request. The manager was friendly, but some of her staff should be trained by Chic Fila. The assistant manager left and came back just to park right by the door. All employees should park in the back to ensure more parking for potential customers. This was our first time having Chipotle. This will probably be our last.
