HARDCORE FLAVOR + FUCKING VEGAN. We’ve been making vegan bizkits (yeah… biscuits) since April 20, 2020. We are committed to offering flavorful plant-based Southern comfort with our three signature flavors: Straight Edge (buttermilk), Loaded (cheddar/garlic) and Blackout (cherry/jalapeño). Baking out of our ‘lil storefront within the Shoppes on Fatherland located in East Nashville, Tennessee, we offer a full menu alongside coffee and are stocked in local spots like Dose, the BE-Hive, drkmttr, and the Brass Horn.

It’s a tale as old as time- boy grows up on a midwestern Dairy Farm becomes a vegan, opens a vegan biscuit spot in Nashville. These biscuits were buttery, light, fluffy and delicious! It’s also located in a cute part of town with lots of vintage shops and cute boutiques. I always say if you wanna find the cool neighborhood it’s always where the vegan food is.

What an incredible little find! We had a sausage biscuit sandwich on the seasonal browned butter sage biscuit plus one to go with the homemade strawberry jam. Amazing!!!!
The service was super friendly and they gave us some good vegan options for Nashville.
Would highly recommend!

100% AH-MAZING.

Hard not to make this place a priority if you are traveling to Nashville, have vegan dietary preferences, and like biscuits.

While I was excited to try all three biscuits (Triple B), I was most intrigued by the Blackout Biz. The combination of the dough, tart cherry, and spicy peppers wroked extremely well together.

My only complaint is that I didn’t have enough time in Nashville to visit again. I would have loved to try the breakfast bizkits. Or order some frozen bizkits to-go.

I also love the area of the shop. The vibe was on point for me. What a great place in a great space. I enjoyed walking around the other spaces. I will definitely be back anytime I’m in Nashville.

PS: Have a flight? Take your biscuits to go. It’s a lifesaver at the airport.

I have been vegan for 7 years and I have never been so satisfied with a Biscuit. It has everything you want, it’s flaky and soft and buttery and the loaded one is amazingly cheesy. We had to go back in for seconds! I would 100% recommend this to anyone vegan or not. The atmosphere and people there are super nice and friendly. It’s also surrounded by cute little shops.

The Bizkit Sammies were delicious. We got one with Loaded Bizkit and the other was a special Nashville hot seasoning. They were the best biscuits we’ve had. We went back to get two 3 packs for later. I’m so glad we didn’t sleep on this place during our trip. These folks are in it for their community and delicious food.

I am so happy that google suggested this spot when I searched vegan food near me. Absolute gem. Incredible food, incredible atmosphere, and the owners are amazing. I truly felt at home for the first time in Nashville. I don’t think I could speak highly enough about the quality of the biscuits. They are everything you would want in a biscuit. Fluffy inside, crispy crunchy flaky outside. The sausage sandwich was simple perfection. Can’t wait to try the frozen ones at home to add some vegan eggs on them. The prices are fair, and they have a very cool record selection. If you are a lost punk rocker finding your way through Tennessee, make sure this place is on your list of stops. You will not be disappointed.

Stumbled into Guerilla Bizkits today (apparently all I need is a big sign that says “Vegan”). The bizkit sammy was everything I could ever want. The vibes inside were excellent & the owner took the time to give me some local recommendations since I’m in from out of town. If I come back to Nashville I’m coming straight back for more bizkits.

This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t believe today was my first visit. You can’t see it from the street, but you can’t miss it once you’re close. Right away, the vibes were inviting and casual. The cashier was having a conversation with a customer, the cook was making biscuits behind glass, and the place is covered in healthy plants and gorilla decor (among other cool stuff).

I ordered a Bizkit Sammy, then added a Raspberry Cream Cheese Danish on a whim. It was hard to resist, the pastries looked so beautiful.. The cashier said it would keep until tomorrow, too. So I haven’t tried it yet, but I’ll update if I have some thoughts to share.

Anyway, the cashier informed me they had gravy today, so of course I wanted it poured on top of my sandwich. Once home, I finally dove into it. And… shoot, guys. This is the best vegan biscuit I have ever had, in all my 10, nearly 11, years of veganism. It is flakey like none other, it melts in the mouth, even after a bit of a roundabout/long ride home, and it really does remind me of the non-vegan biscuits I used to eat (so long ago). The cheese was great, melty, flavorful; I’m not sure if it’s always garlic cheddar, but it was today. The sausage was fantastic, too. Both the cheese and sausage are similar to other top-ranked vegan alternatives I’ve tried. The gravy was a real star, though. I have never had gravy like this. Vegan gravy is kind of rare generally; this stuff knocks it out of the park. From what little I remember about normal gravy, this vegan gravy tastes exactly like it, and probably even better, too.

Overall, I can see why the biscuits are the main focus here. It’s because they stand out in a lot of ways. Paired with the other delicious elements, especially the surprise gravy today, the whole sandwich was really incredible. I’m just so impressed with everything. I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about this place.

Lived in the south for 35 years and have eaten at lots of famous biscuit places, and the straight edge might be the best I’ve ever had, vegan or not. This small footprint business has big charm and a community info counter (think bulletin board, but horizontal) that declares it a safe space and resource for folks who may be experiencing marginalization and oppression elsewhere. The person behind the counter was welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the biscuits and sammie were indulgent and delicious. Feels like this business and it’s owners are making the world a better place one bizkit a time. Highly recommend!

Umm, hands down, best biscuit. Just, wow! The non vegan who came with us said it was the best biscuit he’d ever had.

If you only go to one place in Nashville, it’s here. We got all three varieties and couldn’t decide which was best.
