I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Red Ribbon at the Vallejo shop. I ordered a custom Strawberry Dream cake with my daughter’s name for pickup, but when I arrived, they claimed it had already been picked up. After some back and forth, they finally offered to decorate another one, but when I got it home, I was shocked to find that it didn’t even have ‘Happy Birthday’ on it.
