Was here to ship out for Air Force BMT and even though I didn’t have ny military ID yet they let me in. Very very nice lounge and they are a Non-Profit lounge because the airport they are located is too small for a official lounge… very nice accommodation for military members and their family and friends

Great place to relax while waiting at the Buffalo Airport! Super friendly veteran volunteers man the welcome desk, comfy lounge chairs, even snacks for service dogs

VERY cool place to hang out while you wait for your flight. The receptionist (not sure what to call her) was wonderful. I was surprised this was open to Veterans and even more surprised it was open to their families. I wish every airport had one of these.

The lounge itself is pretty good. Unfortunately most of the employees had their faces in their phones the whole time. One girl was having a public conversation through her airbuds while clearing tables, another was running the vacuum in one hand and was FaceTime-ing someone through her phone in using the other missing half of the debris on the floor. Probably the worst was the front desk receptionist who only looked up from her phone to scan my Priority Pass card and never looked up as I left to say goodbye. I don’t see this in a Delta lounge, they are there to do their job and serve their customers with professionalism.
