Last order was my last Domino’s. Received an expired salad and Sub-Par food. Pizza made like their quality control, non-existent. CS with manager/Lead not satisfactory. Avoid a corporate franchise that local owner should be stripped of ownership for not caring about his product. Much better pizza everywhere else; and shame on Domino’s Brand in general. Salad expired 11/28, purchased 11/30.

Fast and friendly delivery service, but you focus way too much on portion control. In my opinion, this will cost you some business long term. My last few pizzas barely had any cheese on them, and I felt the crust was lacking as well. I hope you take this into consideration.

I ordered my pizza online using the Domino’s pizza website. Their website has good meal deals at reasonable prices. I was able to select my pick up time for my order. When I arrived at Domino’s My order was ready at the exact time I had scheduled for pick up. All of the food I ordered was hot and fresh! The customer service at the Dominos on Milpas St in Santa Barbara is amazing. I called 30 min before the store even opened and the Manager Jay/James answered the call and took my order because I was so worried about getting the pizzas in time for my sons birthday party. Even though they were short staffed, he placed my order for 10 pizzas early and had it to my door right on time at 11am on a Holiday weekend. Excellent pizza quality and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend and am a very happy customer!
