We were greeted by a friendly cashier who took our order. She informed us that it would be 10-15 minutes for our food to come out. We proceeded to walk to the adjoining bar area to wait for our food within the Walburgers and we were immediately turned away by the bartender because we had not ordered our food through her. She was going off shift and did not appear to want to help us. There were 7 empty seats and we just wanted to order a beer and wait for our food. On a good note, the cashier came out, found us and delivered our food to the gate. I do not like turned away if I am a paying customer.

First the ordering machine fails, and I’m told my order is in, then it’s not. Then we have to wait 20 plus minutes for the order, only to ultimately be served a cold burger. Remade burger – dripping with blood. Staff reaction: too bad , so sad. Got a refund and first and last experience at this cluster.

Had a good time was flying in with my family and decided to stop by. Was very happy with the speedy and accurate service. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes so I loved that the staff wrote on the box. They even put a smiley face on my bag. Great experience!

Wow…I just had a terrible ordering experience at the Sarasota airport Wahlburgers. Extremly rude person behind the counter. So rude that I refused to place my order. Too bad because I really wanted to try thier food.

A big step down from Shake Shack or Five Guys, burgers more dry like McDonalds. Not a juicy profile, I thought it was just ok. McDonald fries are hands down better. Wouldn’t eat here again just because its over-priced for what it is. $22 for a double burger and fries.
