On Friday 5-23-25, me and my 12 year old walk in the store 40 minutes prior to close time and attempted to order 1 pizza. The lady immediately walked up and said we are closed. Open sign lit up on front of store and hours of operation posted they were open until 10:00. When I questioned her about the sign and being open, another employee from the back emphasized that no they are closed. Very unprofessional and misleading if they are not going to keep store open as posted online and in the store.

Update: Place still sucks, apparently they make everything to order and it takes 20 minutes a pizza. This has to be the worst little caesars to exist.
I put in an order to be picked up at 3:45, i show up at that exact moment and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my pizza. Had someone show up after me who worked there and she orderd a custom pizza at the counter that they didnt ring up her customizations and she directed them on how to make her special pizza adding alot of extras. She got her pizza before anyone else who had to wait. This place sucks. It took 45 minutes for me to get my stuff even though i ordered on the app ahead of time. I should have canceled my order and got a refund.

More like it might be hot after you’ve waited for a while for your food. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Kept asking me what I ordered and I am still waiting. Didn’t order anything fancy. Hot and ready thin crusts are now $7, at this price after waiting this long it’s best to go just about anywhere else.

I entered the lobby around 5:45. I stood at the front desk without anyone greeting me even though they clearly saw me walk in. About 5 minutes pass then I’m told that they are not taking orders in the store currently. I then asked if it was online orders only. He then stated they were working on a large order and just weren’t taking orders all together.
My complaint is that if you are too busy to take orders during prime time dinner hours then you should lock the door and turn the sign to closed.
My second complaint is that if an order that large is actually being processed then there should have been more than one person working on pizzas.
Very poor management all around.

They post on the app your order is ready and give you codes to get your food but then when arrive to pick up make you still wait 20 mins to get it and tell you it’s still in oven. Customer service at this location needs a major overhaul.

Didn’t get anything. After waiting for over 10 minutes. A lady who was currently boxing pizzas for online orders called out to me that she was doing online orders only. Nothing ready to go. She never came to the front to address me which I believe is rude. I would’ve have happily waited on an order to be cooked especially since my order would’ve taken time to do anyway. I was going to get the extra most bestest and zesty cheese bread but she never took that time to wait on me for a minute. I understand she was busy with online orders but walk ins can still put an order in while in the store. Limiting people to online only without explanation is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this Little Caesars because I am disappointed by the service and lack of information provided by staff

I called and reported that I had got 2 pizzas A cheese and a pepperoni, 2 BBQ Chicken wings and a breadstick. Both of my pizzas had HAIR in them and my one box of wings had 2 pieces of HAIR, the girl said she’d remake them if I brought them back, well after 4 pieces of HAIR I’ve kinda lost my appetite, some one needs a hair net

Excellent tasting food and impressive tracking process through the app, but not altogether accurate. The order was not waiting when I was notified that it was ready, and it was also inaccurate. Furthermore, the cashier, who gave the impression of being in charge, never smiled or acted friendly and seemed to be having a bad day. I had to wait several more minutes for my order to be correctly fulfilled. The whole point of ordering through the app is to have my food ready and correctly prepared upon my arrival. A cordial server makes a difference in the customer service experience, too.
