Delicious food, all dishes have good presentation and flavor. The only thing I have to say is that they can improve the service of delivering the dishes at the same time.

We were there for lunch 2 days ago for lunch. The food is SO GOOD! If the veggies in the spring rolls were any fresher they would still be growing! I normally don’t like cooked veggies, but I could eat a ton of those. Hot chocolate was great. The sweet and sour chicken I got was crazy good. I have not stopped thinking about the food here.
This restaurant needs to expand, they are way too good for the little place they have.

A friend and I ate here during lunch on a Friday. It wasn’t crowded & we were greeted soon after entering the restaurant. I ordered Vegetarian Pad Thai without eggs and an egg roll. Everything is cooked to order and hot upon arrival. I wish there were more veggies in my dish, but despite that, it tasted great. It was covered in crushed peanuts when I first got it, but in my photo, they’re mixed in. Lil came out to make sure we were happy with our food. What a nice touch! The prices are decent & the portions are HUGE. I had enough leftover for 2 more meals! I can’t wait to go back.
There’s a free parking lot on the side/in back of the restaurant.
I brought my husband the next day and ordered a veggie spring roll & vegetable pancit. Both were delicious and the pancit was a huge portion. You’ll always have takeout here!

Lil’s Asian Cuisine is a new favorite of my wife and I. The food is refreshing and extremely delicious and unique. Not like your average Chinese or Thai. Everything is hot and freshly cooked and the flavors and distinct. From mild to wild you can get it here. The wonton soup is the best I have ever had with homemade wontons and served with or without noodles. Lil,Lian and the staff are friendly and accommodating with sweet dispositions. Highly Recommend.

We have eaten here at least a dozen times, not including ordering take out numerous times. We have tried many things from Lil’s menu, and we have loved everything. We always leave very full and with lots of leftovers, the portions are very generous. The customer service is amazing, everyone is so nice, they genuinely care for their customers. The food is made with love, we will continue to come back.

Lil’s is a little gem of a restaurant serving up yummy Filipino and Asian cuisine! We stumbled in on a snowy night looking for something hot and comforting and we were absolutely delighted. The pork lumpia spring rolls were addictive – we got two portions and some more ! The special curry pancit noodles were like a mother’s hug , so comforting and warm, not to mention so yummy too. The staff was welcoming and polite, no complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will be back for more!

Such a cute little place, feels like you’re eating in a family dining room beside the kitchen. Portion sizes were huge, and everything was so good. Lil is super sweet, will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Ate here on a road trip in May 2025 and it was so good that I am still thinking about it 5 months later! Everything was very fresh and flavorful and everyone working there was really nice too. Prices seemed very reasonable as well. I had already enjoyed visiting Sault Ste Marie and the meal I had here really elevated my visit. Wish I could eat here again but I live 1600 km away 🙁

A restaurant that is very much in the process of still getting settled into the space. It has a very mismatched home brew vibe to it but we will get to that later.
Food is 6/10 for us. We ordered the wonton soup, $5, chicken pad Thai $10, and two egg rolls $2.50 each.
The wonton soup was fairly lack luster, had an almost Campbell chicken soup broth and the wonton was very under seasoned. The predominant taste was salt, to the point the last 1/4 was a struggle to eat. It had very little texture or body.
The chicken pad Thai was ordered at a medium spice, tasty, good texture contrast but fair sparse on other ingredients. Without the spice it would be very salt forward. Kind of middle of but would order again.
The egg rolls were excellent for the most part and oddly light. The one downside because the filling was a bit more loose it was odd to eat at points.
Drinks are pretty much a fail here. Unfiltered harsh city water and very bad coffee, by far the worst in the city. I could write an essay on its faults but will just say don’t order it if you value anything besides the caffeine hit.
Service was 7/10 attentive enough, fairly friendly but the staff organization was all over the place made you feel unsure where to start. Hopefully as the business matures it will sort out.
Ambience 2/10 they have been in the spot for a few months but still feel very just moved in and there really isn’t much decor to speak of. Mismatched basic plates, random things around and raw sound treatment on the walls. It doesn’t really have a vibe that says come in and relax. Definitely more of a take out place feel.
Over all we will be back to try a few more things and see how it progresses from here. Just will skip the coffee…
