Ordered a Chicken Alfredo pasta on 10/11/25 at 10:16pm after getting off work and to my surprise when I got home is that there was barely any noodles and no chicken was in the pasta. Shameful. I work out in Des Peres so I decided to give it a try on my way home which the last time I got it from this location a week or two prior it was good but I will never come back to this location. If that was me serving me this food I would feel ashamed of myself!
UPDATE 12/9/25- General manager emailed me after I sent in a complaint on the website 10/16 and offered me two orders free of charge. When I asked how to redeem the free meals I got an email a week later 10/23 that the GM was on vacation and that he would get back with me on Monday 10/27, that day came and I waited for a email. I’ve been so busy at work so I didn’t notice until Nov 19 that I still haven’t gotten an email so I sent another follow up to ask again about it. Still haven’t gotten an email to this day of writing this update 12/9 so my hopes of getting the free meals are gone. I am really disappointed because I liked dominos but this really made my trust go down that I don’t even want to go to my dominos in Overland which I live in because of this service and lack of care from this store. Very shameful, should shut the store down and get better management!

Just don’t, that’s my recommendation. If you must DO NOT deliver. Thanks to the technology dominoes provides my order completed baking at 550pm. Delivery driver left the store at 614 pm. Arrived 713 pm. I live 5-10 minutes from the store. Also since you can track the drivers I saw him drive right past my house to make other deliveries. Almost 1.5 from completed baking to arrival. The pizza looked as you imagine cold and dry. Don’t do it, don’t trust the estimated times they provide.

This location is less than 2 miles from our house and we order from here frequently, but I will not be ordering here again. The delivery estimates from the tracker are always laughably underestimated. They frequently have a shortage of delivery drivers and the kitchen always seems understaffed. Domino’s should give stores the ability to stop accepting orders if they can’t handle them because 90-120 minutes for a pizza delivery is not a good business model.

This store was so nice and worked with me to get a bunch of boxes for a really cheap price. We live by this store too and their pizza is always great! This dominos is trash. Ordered delivery. Driver called when he supposedly showed up saying he left it outside because the door was locked and immediately hung up. No where was the pizza found. The store couldn’t even get ahold of the driver. Never ordering here again.

Walked inside to receive Great service! Ordered chicken taco pizza which was just ok and the wings were less than to be desired. More like breaded wings with hot sauce sprayed over/drizzled verses dipped and coated. Disappointed

This place is extremely unprofessional I ordered a couple months ago and there was a problem with the order and when i called they hung up. This time I ordered through doordash the pizza was late and missing the brownies when I called the first guy hung up then, when they answered the guy was overly rude and unprofessional .

Wow. Terrible service. Can’t cook simple things. Hung up when I asked to get refunded on 3 sauces for 3 dollars bc they didn’t deliver it. Ouch. This place should just shut down immediately. Also, I’m having to bake everything bc they don’t know how to cook a pizza or wings to temp.

Cold pizza, never got the soda we ordered and I was staying in a hotel I came from out of state for a surgery I needed here in Saint Louis and we asked if they can bring it to our room# because I can’t walk due to my surgery andnthey left it at the front desk. Called the manager and they didn’t offer a refund or anything knowing we didn’t get what we paid for and for cold food. Worst customer service.

This is a terrible location. For the second time, I placed an order for delivery that never arrived. Tonight, I placed an order which the app said would be delivered in 35 minutes. An hour later, the app never advanced past being prepped. I tried calling 5 times, only to get ads and never reached the store. I decided to drive to the store. When I arrived, they said they were just starting my order! The right thing to have done would have been to call and let me know they were woefully behind and given me the option to cancel and or wait. Unfortunately, the employee at the location (the manger I believe) couldn’t have cared less. There were no apologies or anything. He said I had two options: wait or cancel the order. I chose the latter. I’m sorry to see this location has gone downhill. Just a terrible customer experience.
